"Impulses"

.1) 'Every drop of our Enlightened Attention can bring harmony and peace into other's life as well as into our life'. Because we get points from ‘The Divine’ if we help others in making them Enlightened and those points would be converted into our Eternal as well as Materialistic Happiness and Joy by ‘Almighty’."

2) “God is the ‘Spirit’ of the whole creation ‘Who’ nourishes each and every particle of this creation, that is why ‘He’ is called “Param—Aatma”(Universal Spirit) while our Spirit is the God of human body because ‘It’ nurtures each and every cell of this body so it is called “Aatma”(Individual Spirit)). And ‘Sahaj Yoga’ is the primitive process of drawing both the ‘Spirits’ closer with each other’s, so that both the ‘Existences’ could become ‘One’.”

3) “It is evident that few of us are tend to En-Cash 'Nirmal Sahaj Relations' just for Earthly Gaining and benefits without considering the fact that this types of practice can spoil such a beautiful Divine Relation which might cause severe obstacles in Spiritual Growth.

We Sahajis are not supposed to do any types of Materialistic Transactions among us because ‘Shree Maa’ has chosen all of us only to share meditational & Spiritual experiences as well as providing all types of Spiritual Support & Help to each other. 

Actually we all are free Souls from all types of materialistic Debts and Credits of ‘Previous Life Cycles’ especially with each others, which usually bond an ordinary human being to maintain some sort of business & materialistic transactions out of previous dues & intense desires.

If we repeat such types of earthly conditioning among us then we might lose the ‘Divine Guide Line’ of ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ and we will have to go through the painful and troublesome process of ‘Recycling’ again."

4) “If we maintain affectionate & compassionate relations among Sahajis then our Kundalinies would be nourished by each-other’s Kundalinies Spontaneously. 

As soon as we remember other Sahaji, who is close to our heart, with Selfless Love then the Pure Love of our Central Heart starts sprouting from our Sahastrara and it immediately reaches to the Central Heart of that one through his/her Sahastrara to make his/her Kundalini more healthier.

In this state, he/she might feel some sudden flow of increasing Vibrations which indicates remembering by us. Though, at that time his/her attention might be somewhere else, but this impulsive frequency of energy will pull his/her attention to his/her Sahastrara automatically and it might reflect our name into his/her heart. 

And by chance, that Sahaji gets our name into his/her consciousness then our Kundalini would be fed by his/her Kundalini reciprocally.”
