 "गहनता प्राप्ति के मुख्य अवरोध"

 "यह देखा गया है कि अनेको वर्षों के पुराने सहजियों में भी गहनता परिलक्षित नहीं होती।

 

वे अनेको पूजा व सेमिनार्स में भी शामिल होते रहते हैं, बिना नागा सेंटर्स भी जाते हैं,अपने यन्त्र की क्लीयरिंग में भी काफी समय लगाते हैं,ध्यान के लिए अच्छा खासा समय देते हैं।

 

किन्तु न जाने फिर भी उनके भीतर गहनता क्यों नहीं स्थापित जो पाती ?

 

इतने लंबे काल के बाद भी अभी तक उनका स्तर क्यों कर उथला व हल्का नजर आता है ?

 

इस वर्ग में आने वाले कुछ सहजी तो वे हैं जिनको समय समय पर "श्री माँ" के साक्षात सानिग्धय का सुअवसर तक मिला है।

 

यही नहीं ध्यान के समय अक्सर उनको अपनी कुंडलिनी सहस्त्रार पर अच्छे से अनुभव देती है और वायब्रेशन भी खूब आते हैं।

 

किन्तु फिर भी उनके भीतर गहनता व स्थित-प्रज्ञता की स्थापना नहीं हो पाती।छोटी छोटी विपरीत बातों,स्थितियों, परिस्थितयों से उनका सन्तुलन तुरंत ही बिगड़ जाता है।

 

कई कई दिन तक उनका ध्यान ठीक प्रकार से लग नहीं पाता और न ही ध्यान के मतलब की मनोस्थिति ही बन पाती है।

 

और रात दिन वे किन्ही बाधाओं के बारे में ही चिंतित रहते हुए स्वयं से ही संघर्ष करते रहते हैं।आखिर ऐसे कौनसे ऐसे कारण हैं ?

 

जो उनके लम्बे काल से "श्री चरणों" में होने के वाबजूद भी उनके अन्तःकरण में वांछित आनंद में बने रहने की स्थिति से वंचित कर रहे हैं।

 

हमारी चेतना व आंतरिक समझ के अनुसार गहनता में उन्नति न होना का मुख्य कारण हैं उनकी चेतना का अच्छे से विकसित न हो पाना।

 

यदि हम इसे आसानी से समझना चाहें तो कह सकते हैं कि,

 

*उनकी कुंडलिनी भले ही ध्यान के दौरान उनके सहस्त्रार पर आरूढ़ रहे किन्तु उनकी चेतना नीचे के 6 चक्रों में से किसी न किसी अथवा किन्हीं चक्रों के गुण-दोषों में फंसी रहती है।*

 

होता यह है कि,अधिकतर सहजी ध्यान अवस्था के दौरान अपने दोनों हाथों में वायब्रेशन्स को महसूस करते हुए अपनी कुंडलिनी को अपने सहस्त्रार पर पाकर सन्तुष्ट हो जाते हैं।

 

किन्तु इसी सुंदर अवस्था के दौर का आनंद लेने के बाद अपने स्वयं के आंतरिक अस्तित्व को जानने के लिए कोई भी प्रयास तक नहीं करते।

 

और न ही अपने भीतर में रहने वाली अनेको विभूतियों यानि अपनी जीवात्मा,अपनी आत्मा,अपने समस्त देवी-देवताओं,आदि गुरुओं के साथ कोई सम्पर्क ही साधने का प्रयत्न ही करते हैं।

 

नतीजन, उनका आंतरिक ज्ञान उनकी स्वयं की चेतना में न तो प्रगट ही हो पाता है और न ही अन्य सहजियों के लिए प्रस्फुटित ही हो पाता है।

 

जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप वे अपने स्वयं के 'आत्मज्ञान' से वंचित रहते हैं जो उनकी चेतना में गहनता प्रदान करने में सक्षम हो सकता है।

 

ध्यान के हजारों दौर के बाद भी उनकी चेतना उनके किसी न किसी चक्र के गुण-दोषो में लिप्त रहने के कारण उन्नत नहीं हो पाती।

 

और न वे स्वयं भी कभी ध्यानस्थ अवस्था में अपने आत्म-चिंतन/आत्म-विश्लेषण/आत्म-निरीक्षण के दौर के द्वारा उन गुण-दोषो से निर्लिप्त रहने का प्रयास ही करते हैं।

 

वरन, वे अक्सर अपने किन्ही चक्रों की अड़चनों को नकारात्मकता का प्रभाव मानते हुए 'सफाई-अभियान' में लगे रहते हैं।

 

इस तथ्य को समस्त चक्रों के देवताओं के विपरीत कार्य करने वाली मनो दशाओं के कुछ उदाहरणों से भी समझ सकते हैं :-

 

1.अब जैसे कोई सहजी किसी न किसी कारण से जाने-अनजाने में झूठ,चालाकी,छल,फरेब,दिखावे आदि का सहारा लेता है।

 

तो उसका मूलधार ही नहीं अपितु सभी चक्रो के देवता निश्चित रूप से अप्रसन्न ही रहेंगे परिणाम स्वरूप उसके सभी चक्र समय समय पर पकड़ते रहेंगे।

 

2."माँ सरस्वती व ब्रहम्मा जी" के द्वारा उचित कार्यों के माध्यम से रोजी रोटी को चलाने/चेतना के कार्यो को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए जो गुण प्रदान किया है।यदि कोई उसका दुरुपयोग करेगा तो उसका स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र कभी भी ठीक नहीं रहेगा।

 

3.यदि किसी सहजी में भौतिक/आध्यात्मिक स्तर पर किसी भी प्रकार की असन्तुष्टि विद्यमान रहेगी तो उसकी नाभि हर हाल में जकड़ती रहेगी।

 

4.यदि कोई सहजी सांसारिक/आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्र में अपने पद/प्रतिष्ठा/पैसे का अभिमान/दुरुपयोग करते हुए किसी अन्य की चेतना पर शासन करने का प्रयास करेगा तो उसका हृदय निश्चित रूप से बाधित होगा।

 

5.यदि कोई सहजी किसी के प्रति दूषित/द्वेष भावना रखने के साथ साथ स्वयं साक्षी भाव की वहेलना करते हुए किसी अन्य सहजी में दोष भाव रोपित करने का प्रयास करेगा/करता है, तो उसकी विशुद्धि गड़बड़ ही रहेगी।

 

6.यदि कोई सहजी अन्यों मानवों के प्रति जात-पांत,अमीर-गरीब,स्वर्ण-दलित,ऊंच-नीच,पदस्थ-अपदस्थ व  धर्म के आधार पर भेद-भाव करता है तो उसका आगन्या कभी भी ठीक नहीं रह सकता।

 

और साथ उसे "श्री महादेव" के साथ साथ सभी देवी-देवताओं,रुद्रों,गणों,आदि गुरुओं की नाराजगी भी झेलनी पड़ेगी।

 

7.यदि किसी भी सहजी का "परमात्मा"/"श्री माँ" पर पूर्ण विश्वास नहीं है।और न ही वह अपने अस्तित्व व अपने अस्तित्व से जुड़े संसार को "उनके" "श्री चरणों" में अर्पित करता है।तो उसके सहस्त्रार व मध्य हृदय के साथ जुड़ाव बनाये रखने में सदा अड़चन बनी ही रहेगी।

 

अब इसके दूसरे पक्ष के चिंतन की ओर चलते हैं:

 

यानि कोई सहजी आत्मसाक्षात्कार को प्राप्त होने के कुछ काल बाद अपने किसी चक्र के प्रगट हुए गुण को "श्री माता जी" का आशीर्वाद मानते हुए उसमें पूरी तरह लिप्त होकर उसी में सदा डूबा रहता है।

 

यानि अपने उसी गुण के माध्यम से पद/ पैसा/प्रतिष्ठा/प्रसिद्धि/प्रशंसा/पहचान बनाये रखने में ही लगा रहता है तो उसकी भी चेतना 'आत्म-ज्ञान' से पुष्ट नहीं हो पाती।

 

परिणाम स्वरूप वह जो भी ज्ञान अन्य सहजियों से शेयर करता है वह उसके स्वयं का अनुभव किया हुआ कम, उधार का, यानि,देखने/सुनने/पढ़ने व मानसिक रूप से समझने के द्वारा अर्जित किया हुआ ज्यादा होता है।

 

जिसके कारण उस शेयरिंग में उसके आत्मज्ञान से प्रस्फुटित होने वाली 'पवित्र ऊर्जा' की नगण्यता रहती है।

 

जिसकी वजह से अन्य लीगों की कुण्डलनियाँ उसकी अपनी स्वयं की ऊर्जा से उठ नहीं पाती।परिणाम स्वरूप उसकी कुंडलिनी को अन्य उठी हुई कुण्डलीनियों से प्रेम व शक्ति नहीं मिल पाती।

 

जबकि ऐसे सहजियों के यन्त्र का प्रयोग कर "श्री माँ" लोगों को समय समय पर आत्मसाक्षात्कार भी प्रदान करती रहती हैं।

 

किन्तु ऐसे सहजी नए व पुराने सहजियों को गहन ध्यान में उतारने का माध्यम तब तक नहीं बन सकते।

 

जब तक वे शुद्ध इच्छा व तीव्र लगन के साथ अपनी चेतना को विकसित करने के लिए अपनी गहनता में उतर कर अपने 'स्व' के साथ एकाकारिता स्थापित नहीं कर लेते।"🙏😌❤️🌹

 "पोषण"

"जिस प्रकार से किसी भी बालक/बालिका के अच्छे व्यक्तित्व के निर्माण के लिए माता-पिता के द्वारा सन्तुलित रूप से प्रदान किया जाने वाला प्रेम,वात्सल्य,ज्ञान व सौरक्षण अत्यंत आवश्यक होता है।

 

ठीक उसी प्रकार से एक साधक/साधिका की 'चेतना' रूपी बच्चे के विकास व आंतरिक सन्तुलन के लिए "माता" के रूप में 'मध्य हृदय की ऊर्जा' व "पिता" के रूप में 'सहस्त्रार की ऊर्जा' बराबर मात्रा में आवश्यक होती है।

 

यानि किसी भी साधक/साधिका को अपने मध्य हृदय व सहस्त्रार की ऊर्जा को निरंतर आत्मसात करते हुए।

 

गहन आत्मचिंतन के द्वारा सजगता पूर्वक अपनी समस्त पूर्व कंडीशनिंग (संस्कारो) का त्याग करते हुए अपनी चेतना को इन संस्कारों से मुक्त करते रहना चाहिए।

 

पूर्व संस्कार बासी भोजन की तरह होते हैं जो हमारी चेतना को विभिन्न प्रकार के रोगों से ग्रस्त कर हमें अधोगति की ओर धकेलते रहते हैं।

 

आत्मपरिष्करण में हर पल संलग्न रहते हुए इसी 'ध्यानस्थ अवस्था' में बने रहते हुए ही अपने दैनिक जीवन के कार्यो को सम्पन्न करते रहना चाहिए ताकि नए संस्कार(कंडीशनिंग) भी हमारी चेतना में पनप न पाए।

 

साथ ही हमें अपने भीतर में नवीनता से आच्छादित उल्लास अनुभव करते हुए अपने हर क्षण को सार्थक करते रहना चाहिए।

 

ऐसा करते रहने से हमारी चेतना नकारात्मक विचारों के चंगुल में कभी भी फंस नहीं पाएगी जो सदा पूर्व संस्कारों की ही देन होते हैं।

 

इन संस्कारों के कारण उत्पन्न होने वाले विचार हमारी चेतना का लगातार शोषण करते रहते हैं।जिसके कारण हम सदा किसी न किसी सांसारिक चीज के खोने के भय व आशंका से ग्रसित रहते हैं।

 

हमको अच्छे से समझना चाहिए कि पूर्व संस्कार हमारी चेतना में किन्ही सांसारिक चीजो के प्रति तीव्र झुकाव व लालसा की अनुभूति कराते हैं।

 

जिसके कारण विभिन्न प्रकार की सांसारिक इच्छाएं जन्म लेती हैं और हम इन इच्छाओं की पूर्ति के लिए लालायित रहने लगते हैं।

 

जिसके परिणाम स्वरूप हम "श्री माँ" द्वारा प्रदत्तअपने आत्मानुत्थान के लिए प्राप्त समय को बड़ी बेदर्दी से गवाते ही चले जाते हैं।

 

और जब इस शरीर रूपी जीवन की सांझ नजदीक आ जाती है केवल तब ही हमें यह एहसास हो पाता है कि हमने अपना बहुमूल्य जीवन यूँ ही गंवा दिया।

 

तब बड़ा पछतावा होता है और पछतावे की सच्ची अग्नि रूपी हवनकुंड में अपनी समस्त कंडिशनिग को आहूत करते हुए हमारी चेतना स्थूल शरीर को छोड़ने के लिए बहुत जद्दो जहद करती है।

 

और तीव्र पीड़ा से तड़पते हुए "परमपिता" से एक और अवसर(अगला जन्म) प्रदान करने की गुहार लगाती है।

 

अब ये "उनकी" मर्जी है कि "वे" हमारे कर्मानुसार हमें अगला जन्म प्रदान करते हैं या हमारी चेतना को पीड़ाओं के अनंत दौर से गुजरने के लिए कुछ काल के लिए ऐसे ही छोड़ देते हैं।

 

हमें यह बात अत्यंत सूक्ष्मता के साथ अपनी चेतना में उतारना चाहिए कि शरीर के मृत्यु-काल में भी अपने पूर्व संस्कारों का मजबूरी में त्याग करना होगा वर्ना मृत्यु हमसे कोसो दूर रहेगी।

 

तो क्यों हम उस दुरूह काल की प्रतीक्षा करें ?

 

क्यों न आज और अभी से ही एक एक करके अपनी समस्त कंडिशनिग को 'गहन ध्यान व चिंतन" के प्रत्येक 'हवन' में आहुतियों के रूप में विसर्जित करते चले।

 

और आनदायी 'मुक्त अवस्था' का इसी जीवन काल में भरपूर लुत्फ उठाते हुए और जी भर के "परमेश्वरी" की इस सुंदर रचना का आनंद लें।

 

यकीन मानिए उपरोक्त आंतरिक घटनाक्रम के चलते आपको अपने यंत्र को सन्तुलित व ठीक रखने केलिए किसी भी प्रकार की स्वच्छता प्रक्रियाओं से गुजरने की बिल्कुल भी आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी।

 क्योंकि हमारा सूक्ष्म यंत्र पूर्व संस्कारों की जड़ता के कारण ही बाधित होता रहता है।"

 

*जब संस्कार ही नहीं तो कोई बाधा भी नहीं।*🙏😌❤️🌹👍

Impulses--668--"Truth of our own Being"

 "Truth of our own Being"

 

."The Power of Desire" of "Shree Suda Shiva"("God Almighty"), e.i "The Primordial Power", is called "Shree Adi Shakti", has created 'Macro Universe' with "His" Desire.

 

And "She" assigned a duty to One of "His" representatives to look after this Creation, is called "Parmatma"("God")

 

In the same way "Maa Adi Shakti" made 'Micro Universe' in the form of Human loaded with several Peculiarities which has the same properties as 'Macro Universe' has.

 

And then "She" has developed a Soft Ware e.i none other than 'Soul' to handle this Best Creation e.i 'Human'.

 

After this "She" attached One Particle of "Shree Suda Shiva" as "Shivansh" and One Particle of "Herself" as Kundalini with this Soul.

 

"She" also put some features like Mind, Attention, Awareness, Consciousness, including Subtle System into the Soul.

 

And then "She" has given some responsibility to The Reflection of "Parmatma" to look after the whole Human Existence, is called 'Atma'(Spirit).

 

So, "Parmatma" and "Atma" are the management Authority of both The Universes.

 

In this way we can understand that we are the Children of "Maa Adi Shakti" and "Shree Sada Shiva" actually.

 

Unfortunately most of us are quite ignorant and unaware about this fact due to severe attachment with our Gross Existence as well as with this Gross World.

 

But "She" has already done some arrangements to remind us about this Truth of our Actual Existence.

 

By taking us through some severe Pains, Problems, Griefs,Melancholy, Sadness, Tragedies, Accidents, Natural Calamities & Disasters etc.

 Or some times "She" ignites some curiosities into our Heart to know the source of our own Existence.

All such kinds of Unfavorable Mental Dispositions, Occurrences and the Intense Instincts of Seeking often push our Awareness towards "Them" in several ways.

 

Some how, we not only Acknowledge the Existence of 'Shivansh' as our 'True Being' by achieving the Highest Level of our Awareness.

 

But also, we serve "His" Creation as 'Shivansh' even after the Extinction of our Biological Unit.

 

If we keep on feeling, that we are 'Shivansh' actually, then our 'Own Being' begins Emitting "Their" 'Energy' to help Deserving Ones to attain this level too.

 

Then, whatever we do with our Internal Inspirations and Instincts in This State, becomes Auspicious."🙏😌❤️🌹

 "Setting of New Conditioning"

 

"It is being observed that one side most of the Sahaj Yoga Meditation Practitioners trying to leave Old Conditionings by keeping an eye on their day to day behavior/habits/rituals/style/traditions with the help of sincere contemplation during Deep Meditative Spells.

 

And on the other side, they are setting New Conditionings into their Mind knowingly/unknowingly regarding Routine Individual/Collective Meditation.

 

For instance, if some of us have been enjoying an Hour Session of Individual/Collective Meditation at our place/some one's place for few months.

 

And by chance the place/schedule of Individual/Collective Meditation has to be changed/altered due to some reasons then some of us begin reacting negatively.

 

They will not be feeling comfortable with the new change in schedule/routine/setup.

 

Even they will try to compel the Family Members/Organizer of the Collective not to alter the place/schedule by producing several kinds of reasons.

 

It is because of the disturbance in their Comfort Zone which has been established due to set schedule/routine/liking.

 

Unfortunately they use to forget the will/blessings of "Shree Mata Ji" "Who" is behind every Change/Occurrence.

 

Thus, they go against "Her" desire which has been manifested through some family member/one of "Her" Medium/Instrument.

 

Then they should be ready to face the Annoyance of some Rudras, Ganas and Deities.

 

Who will surely take them show some Glimpse of Hell within their Consciousness for some times to realize their mistakes.

 

We must understand that, "She" wants to grant us some special 'Gifts' by enriching our Awareness through such changes which can't be assessed/understood by our Limited Awareness/Consciousness/Brain/Mind.

 

One more thing is evident related with some Worst kinds of Conditioning regarding Some Trusties/State Cordinators/City Coordinators/Volunteers/Old Sahajis of some Sahaj Organization.

 

They keep on creating Problems/Raising Objections/Becoming Hurdles time to time out of their Dominance/Ego against the Selfless work of Awakening/Meditation of some Independent & Surrendered Sahajis.

 

Unfortunately, they are not aware that they are too becoming the Top Target of Rudras,Ganas and Deities and they are going to suffer sever punishment by these Divine Entities.

 

The same thing happens with the Methods of Meditation as some of us have become so much accustomed to do Nadi Balancing, Raising Kundalini, Chakra Clearing,

Reciting of Mantras Right before the beginning of Meditation.

 

Even they hardly bother to check the Status of their Kundalini and the Existence of 'Divine Energy' at their Sahastrara and Central Heart.

 

If we acknowledge our Kundalini at our Sahastrara and we sense It's reflexes into our Central Heart in the form of Coolness/Throbbing/Pulsation/Pulling/Pressure or some sort of Vacuum before Meditation.

 

Then we must be quite sure that we are in Complete Balanced State, means we are ready for going into Meditation or we are in Meditative State.

 

One more sign tells us about Good Balance into our Subtle System which is none other than the Rotation of Energy right into the middle of our Palm.

 

Then we are not supposed to Raise our Kundalini, Balance our Nadies, Clear our Chakras even their is no need to recite Maha Mantra too, we may directly go into Meditation.

 

But some of us keep on doing and doing out of Habit/Conditioning in spite of being in Perfect Balance.

 

They are not aware that by doing all such activities they are compelling their Kundalini to stagnate into their Agnya as the Data of whole Balancing/Clearing Procedure is stored into their Mind which is the part and parcel of our Left Agnya.

 

Means their Kundalini is being forced to follow their attention below Sahastrara where they are taking/fixing.

 

Now the actual problem begins,

 

When we pull down our Kundalini towards lower Chakras instead of letting 'It' stay at Sahastrara.

 

Then our Kundalini and "Maa Adi Shakti" become annoyed and we start feeling Heat into our whole Subtle System.

 

And then we might feel some catches into our Chakras too as well as we realize Imbalance in our Nadies.

 

And then we become more inclined towards Clearing and Balancing out of fear of so called Catches and Nadi Imbalance instead of enjoying Meditation.

 

We must understand that our Kundalini is an Infant/small Child of "Shree Adi Shakti", She use to get Feed at our Sahastrara from "Her".

 

If we pull back our Kundalini from getting Nourishment out of severe Ignorance/Conditioning then what will happen, you can easily understand.

 

Our Kundalini as well as "Maa Adi Shakti" will surely become angry which will manifest in the form of Negative Mental Dispositions like, Fear/Guilt/Depression/Aggression/Anxiety/Sadness/Suffocation/Incompetency etc.

 

It is just like pulling back a Child from the Lap of a Feeding Mother, definitely child will Cry and mother will fire us with a rage.

 

So be sure of the level of the Existence of Kundalini at our Subtle System first before heading towards Pre Meditational Activities/Mediation."🙏😌❤️🌹
