"Impulses"

1) “He" is with us every moment, because first of all our biological unite expresses it with the Throbbing of our Heart, Pulsating Nerves, Flowing Circulation of Blood in Arteries, and Existing Hope into our Being.

All these signs are the initial proof and manifestation of God within us which keeps us alive and happy.”

("परमात्मा" हमारे साथ हर पल रहते हैं क्योंकि हमारा धड़कने वाला हृदय, हमारे भीतर फड़कती हुई हमारी नाड़ियाँ, हमारी धमनियों में दौड़ते हुए बहने वाला खून और हमारे भीतर में रहने वाली आशा आदि के माध्यम से हमारा स्थूल शरीर सबसे पहले 'उनका' एहसास कराता है।

ये समस्त लक्षण 'परमात्मा' के हमारे भीतर में ही प्रगट होने का प्रारंभिक सबूत हैं जो हम सभी को जीवित रखते हैं और प्रसन्न रखते हैं।"-

2) “All kinds of existing Pains and sorrows works as Bricks and Cement to make a firm foundation of permanent happiness into our Being on which we can make a Beautiful but Strong Building of Joy.”

("सभी प्रकार की हमारे साथ रहने वाली तकलीफें और दुःख ईंटों व् सीमेंट की तरह कार्य करते हैं जिनसे एक सदा के लिए हमारे भीतर खुशियों की नीव बनाई जा सके जिस पर 'सदानंद' रुपी एक मजबूत ईमारत खड़ी की जा सके।"-

3) “It is useless to fight with odds and drain our vital energy and become the victim of severe depression or aggression but it is wise to utilize our power to strengthen our nervous system by removing our own weaknesses.”

("विपरीत स्थितियों एवं परिस्थितियों में विपरीतता से संघर्ष कर अपनी ऊर्जा को नष्ट करना बिलकुल बेकार है क्योंकि ऐसा करने से हम अवसाद या आक्रमकता के शिकार हो सकते हैं। लेकिन अपनी शक्ति को अपनी कमजोरियों को दूर कर अपने स्नायु तंत्र को मजबूत बनाने में उपयोग करना चाहिए। "
