"Handling of Thoughts"

“We often sit for meditation and we feel good vibrations and continuous flow of energy at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart but we notice that some thoughts are still coming, we try a lot not to think but we could not restrict them, it feels that it is beyond our control and beyond our limit. We feel ashamed for not being completely thoughtless, we hear the echo of the words of ‘Shree Mata Ji’ “You should be thoughtless while meditating”, this echoing Voice gives us guilt and we tend to think that something is definitely wrong with us, or we are gripped by some negativity that s why our thoughts are coming and take us away from proper meditation.

Actually as per my awareness and practical experience, during meditation when the flow of Pure energy intensifies and frequency of energy increases at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart then this energy goes to lower chakras and come back to our central heart again and then it goes to our both the Agnya Chakras and dig out all the memories of our requirement which were buried due to several reasons into our Left Agnya. So ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ cleanses our Agnya and pull out the thoughts of our need on priority basis that’s why thought always comes while meditation.

At this situation we should take all those thoughts one by one as per our priority to our Central Heart before ‘Maa Jagdamba’ who is really concerned with our worldly as well as our spiritual needs, ‘She’ helps us in all manners. We should surrender all the thoughts into ‘Her’ Lotus Feet’ as we offer flowers one by one while feeling vibration into our Central Heart and at our Sahastrara, only then our surrender gets fulfilled, without feeling Energy at both the centers, actual surrender does not take place, so be sure of the existence of ‘The Flow’ of Energy there. If we do so then we would feel free completely from thoughts in a very short period and would be able to enjoy ‘Nirvicharita’ for a very long period.

On contrary if we try to restrict our thoughts then they stick with our attention and drag us towards the whole chain of thoughts so it is better to take them to our Central Heart. Basically all the thoughts belong to our unfulfilled, suppressed and unsatisfied materialistic and worldly needs. Our Kundalini, our real and individual mother wants us to be freed from all types of requirements so when ‘She’ comes at our Sahastrara then ‘She’ exposes our latent desires before ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ and ‘Maa Jagdamba’ in the form of thoughts so that our desires get fulfilled or they get dissolved if they are not granted by our ‘Divine Mother’. So, we must not feel guilty for being thoughtful while meditating.

One more thing which is very interesting, during meditation our attention suddenly goes to other people whereas we had not met them for a very long period, or we had met them 10 to 20 years back, though they are not Sahajis then we feel surprised why our attention is going on such persons, sometimes we feel embarrassed, or sometimes we tend to think, “this person is definitely has got some negativity that’s why he/she is ruining my meditation then we usually pray to ‘Shree Mata Ji’ , “Kindly take away my all the thoughts and same me from negativity.” 

Actually, this time ‘Shree Maa’ wants us to raise his/her Kundalini by our attention and make him/her connected with ‘Herself’ because ‘She’ knows that his/her time has come for getting Self-Realization so ‘she’ uses our attention for ‘Her’ work spontaneously.  Secondly, whenever a Sahaji becomes week inside and needs some powers then ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ sends his/her name into our attention and wants us to channelize ‘Her’ Love from our Central Heart to his/her central heart to boost his/her energy level.  

Sometime good Sahajis remember us and their energy comes into our Central heart through our Sahastrara which flashes his/her name into our attention. So being at Sahastrara and Central Heart reveals so many hidden things and makes us capable to convey so many things automatically.

If we tend to think without the presence of ‘Divine Energy’ at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart then it may harm our both the Agnya means increase in Ego or Super Ego which usually pressurize our nervous system and create so many mental and physical problems.  “Our Thoughts are just like teeth of Gear and the flow of Energy is just like lubricant “so without lubricant we may damage our Gear System.”

"God,s Particle----Higs Bosone"

“Jai Shree Mata Ji, my awareness is willing to share yesterdays article of news papers stating, "the 'God's Particle' have been discovered by Peter Higs and Dr, Bose who were working over this discovery since 1970 that, why this discovery is named as ‘Higs Bosone’. Though they have done it through their scientific gazettes, censors, machines and calculations.

 But ‘Shree Maa’ has done this for all of us through the easiest way of meditation, in deep meditative state we perceive all the ‘God’s Particles’ in the form of “Orbs” which is now visible in several photos taken by several Sahajis at the time of Seminars, Poojas and collectivity through our Sahastrara which nourishes not only our Subtle body but also our Biological Body.

According to Scientists, these particles can move 100 time faster than a ‘Neno Second ‘ and are capable to reduce the weight of atoms and give them speed more than the speed of ‘Light’. It means they are capable to reveal the actual form of the Atoms, we can see Atoms with microscope but we cannot see the power which is giving momentum to these atoms.  Means the power is invisible but the body is visible, so same with our Spirit, our Biological Body is visible but its energy is invisible.

As per my awareness and experiments during the photo shoot of these particles (Orbs) at the time of Sahaj collectivity or individual meditation, I took continuous shots within one minute with Flash Gun on to observe their movements, I was surprised, in some photos they were appeared or in few photos they became disappeared.

This experiment showed their ‘Swift’ speed, we cannot see them with our naked eyes, because our eyes are not meant to capture such a high velocity objects in an ordinary situation, perhaps we might see them with our open eyes in advanced meditative stages when we might become the part and parcel of the  same ‘Particles’. Actually the flash gun works at the speed of ‘Light’ which is 1,86,ooo miles per second so there are chances to catch such types of particles though sometimes Flash Gun gets fail because of their very high speed.

It was already said by our masters and realized souls , “God would be proved by Science and Science would be proved by ‘God’ in ‘Ghore Kaliyuga’. So this saying is going to be proved by all these types of experiments.

Now the question rises, why science was not capable to find ‘God’ earlier ? Why this time ?  As per the contemplation of my awareness, “It is because of ‘Shree Mata Ji’ who has come to us to raise our Kundalinies and our Kundalinies are giving these types of ideas into our Heart to find out our origin because all the Kundalinies are the part and parcel of ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ want to reunite with ‘Her’ after being separated since Ages, they are our guide and redeemer of our Awareness.

I have got several photos of ‘Orbs’ which I have posted in the Group ‘The Mission 1000 S O S’ time to time,  and this picture is also showing several ‘Orbs’ (God’s Particles) in the form of white circles. One thing is very interesting with the fact of these ‘Orbs’, when I enlarge them with the help of Zoom mode on computer then I was thrilled to see the ‘Om” and  ‘Swastik’ into these ‘Orbs’. In some ‘Orbs’ ‘Shree Maa’ is seen clearly. First time I had seen these ‘Orbs’ on the screen of a Digital Camera while shooting on 10^th April 2006 at a village of Rajasthan, India near ‘Mahaveer Ji’ during self realization program. Then my awareness  made me understand about these facts.

25) “We often hear talking among Sahajis how to achieve detachment, and ‘Shree Maa’ too emphasize over detachment from worldly things and relations for internal growth. Some of us usually think that this stage would come spontaneously, some of us think that we have to sit for hours closing our eyes, some of us feel that this might be impossible to be detached, some of us realize that this stage could be achieved by breaking relations which is almost impossible for us or we should go away from every one and from all the worldly affairs, some of us often think that we have done so many things wrong before coming to Sahaj Yoga so we cannot enjoy this stage.  We see, Sahajis have different types of notions about Detachment.

As per my awareness and experience, it is not so difficult if we maintain feeling Energy at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart all the time. When we always feel ‘Shree Maa’ at our Sahastrara and ‘Her’ love into our Central Heart then ‘Her’ powers  not only shield us but do some cleansing work around us all the time which is capable to pull out all types of bias and envious feelings of the people whom with we are blindly attached due to worldly relations, on the surface of their mind and they get influence with that contamination and behave with us in a bad manner or show jealously which gives us a great shock and this shock usually paralyze us mentally for some times and then we usually feel too much pain and sadness for another few days and finally we decide to be away from that persons.

The process of detachment is based on breaking of our heart, assumptions and notions which enable us to be detached slowly and one by one. Detachment is standing on severe pain and pain leads to detachment practically. If we want to know that ‘God’ loves us or not then we should have a glance at our earthly life and contemplate, “ Are we having any pain or we are leading a very happy worldly life,  if we have to go through so many sudden problems and difficulties then we should understand that ‘He’ is showing Love for us. If ‘He’ gives us troubles after surrendering into ‘Her Lotus Feet’ then we must be sure enough that the process of detachment has ignited by ‘Him’. The day would come and we would be enjoying spell of spell of detachment.

Another thing which is very interesting of being at Sahastrara and into our Central Heart, we unknowingly trace out so many feelings and internal thinking of others without effort which sometimes gives us embarrassment and make us bewildered because if we have good notions about someone and miraculously we realize internally that that person is having bad thoughts for us, we automatically learn internally that he/she might do wrong with us. Then we take a side and make a distance with him/her without speaking even a single world.  It can be said that we might read others mind easily but our mirror of heart must be Crystal clear so that others could be reflected into our heart. Continuous flowing Energy in both the Chakras make cleansed our internal contamination of our mind and make us completely transparent.  Only then we may learn so many things about others without any effort.

On the contrary we may let others know about our feelings easily without speaking any word or showing any types of sign language.  Actually if we convey our internal feelings and thought through the Divine Flow then these words goes through their Sahastrara to their Central Heart to let them know what we want. It works if we practice this among our dear ones, it would be very surprising and pleasing.  This process has been tested over several Sahajis which have given very positive results. We would never be confused among true or false relations so we would be away from several types of troubles which usually ignite due to unawareness."

24) “Some of us must have heard about “Swyambhoo”s  of different deities like ‘Sri Ganpati Pule’, Sri Badri Nath, Sri Kedar Nath, Gangotri, Yamunotri, Sri Bej Nath, Sri Amar Nath, Sri Jwalaji, Sri Vaishno Devi  etc, in india  and so many places  which are in foreign countries. These are the places where we may get Powers and energy of deities if we go there and spend some days while remembering those deities with true heart and complete devotion then we might develop some qualities and traits of these deities. 

Perhaps, ‘Almighty’ has created different types of  ‘Swyambhoos’ to give the benefit to all ‘His’ children who are yet to be Self-Realized, these places are the external ‘Power Houses’ of ‘His’ powers.  We too have several deities into our subtle system but in sleeping state, so ‘God’ has done some arrangement to ignite the powers of our internal deities with the help of these ‘Swyambhoos’.  when the power is  ignited only then we might make some of our Chakras strong which uses to be helpful to make us inclined towards ‘God’ and let us feel an urge for meditation.

So these places are just like institutions where we can learn different kinds of lessons, or we can say these are preparatory classes of Spiritualism which help us to sprout the seed of Divinity into our internal system. When we keep on going to such sacred places which are full of Pure Vibrations again and again then we develop Love and faith in ‘God’ which usually leads us to the right medium which help us in establishing the connection with ‘Almighty’.

If we are a Sahaj Yogi and we remain at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart all the time then we may take our attention to this sacred place sitting into our own houses then we may take advantage of the powers of such places by receiving divine powers into our Central Heart through our Sahastrara. Because, at Sahastrara we are connected with ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ who is omnipresent and ‘She’ works like an invisible connecting cord or we may say works like Electro Magnetic Waves,  so through ‘Her’ we may benefited with all the powers of all the deities without going anywhere.

If we maintain Pure Energy at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart then we also convert into ‘Syam Bhoo’ which emits pure vibration all the time. We become “Moving Syambhoo” equipped with awakened powers of several deities including the Power of ‘Adi Shakti’ for making people Self-Realized whereas those are “Static Syambhoos” having only one power and they are not designed to give self-realization.  


So, We may go to several places to make to make people energized and connected with ‘God’.  We are Moving Temples of  ‘Adi Shakti’ who spread and teach the knowledge of Sahaj Yoga and we may provide peace and tranquility to the people around the world by helping and guiding  them in establishing connection with ‘Almighty. The Aura of properly connected Sadhak/Sadhika is capable to pull people towards himself/herself and supply  compassion and Pure Love of ‘Shree Maa’ to their internal System.”

23) “We see so many problems everywhere in this world like ecological imbalance, unpredictable weather, moral deterioration, natural calamities, blind race towards gaining money by hook or by crook, undue interference into the system of Nature by human in the name of development, terrorism, extremisms and so many other things which are causing hue and cry in this globe.  Almost all the people of this planet is crying for peace and internal satisfaction.

In this time of panic, population is also increasing rapidly which is deemed the main cause of all types of disturbance and problems.  Why population is increasing?  As per my internal awareness, this the time of last judgment according to ‘Shree Mata ji’ and according to all the religious faiths of different religion and we know one more thing that all of us are getting benefit of the 1000^th incarnation of ‘Adi Shakti’ in the form of ‘Shree Mata Ji’.  

So ‘Almighty’ has given chance to  all the creatures to take birth in human form who’s awareness’s have come on the verge of being human being as the last chance  for their Salvation.  That’s why ‘Shree Maa’ has taught us to make others self-realized without any type of discrimination. This is our first and foremost duty to fulfill ‘Our Mother’s dream which needs more and more Realized Souls on Earth.

For this all of us have to think very seriously and we must try to let the souls of Saints who are moving in astral forms into this brahmmanda to come here by providing them realized parents. They do not want to come to the families where people are not realized. That’s why ‘Shree Maa’ insists for Sahaj marriages which could attract these subtle existences of Higher Souls to take birth in their families.

If a Sahaj Couple could remain at their Sahastrara and into their Central Heart right at the time of conception then their reproductive fluids will get energized with the power of ‘Adi Shakti’ which is capable to change and  transform the Genes of the would be child into a great Child of ‘Shree Mata Ji’. Only then Great Souls could come and enlighten the whole world. So it is very important to think over this issue with a great responsibility. 

Sahaj Marriage means, preparing a ground for the collectivity of Angels who are going to change this world into Heaven and it is some sort of  a training institute where our would be child could learn how to use spiritual weapons to neutralize  Anti God and Anti Nature elements and forces.

Sahaj Yogi means a true warrior who is equipped with Compassionate Powers of ‘Shree Maa’ can fight with evil forces which are obstructing the path of truth, which are dragging innocent people towards destruction and making them totally unaware of truth, which are residing into the brain of the people keeping them away from their Salvation. We have got 50-50 ratio of both the powers into our system, 50% Rakshastva and 50% Devatva, when the one element crosses the ratio and increases the percentage then automatically another element activates and try to balance the ratio. 

So the fight between positivity and negativity will remain forever when and until this creation survives.  So ‘Almighty’ always sends ‘His’ representative in the form of Sad gurus, Saints and Incarnations to equalize this ratio, a True Sahaj Yogi’ is also there  to give them a humble shoulder in their assignment and tasks.”

सभी दुःख, तकलीफ, परेशानियाँ हैं हृदय से स्वीकार,

आत्म-विश्वास, करुना व् दया, रहती बरकरार,

रहता है मन 'माँ' के बच्चों से मिलने को बेकरार,

नित्य जागृति दिए बगैर, आता नहीं दिल  को  करार,

मिला  है हम सब को  "श्री माँ" का दरबार,

“If we maintain the flow of ‘Adi Shakti’ at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart then we may become the redeemer of our Soul which has to be reunified with ‘The Source’ again. When and until our awareness would not reach up to the level of deep understanding related to our Soul and Its Origin our soul has to be entangled with our existence either in Astral Form or in Human form. So it is best to be connected all the time with the flow of Eternal Energy into our instrument performing all types of materialistic and spiritual responsibilities in our day today life.

This is first and foremost duty to make our Soul free from the dominance of obstinate and unaware mind then we must think with due compassion and love about the souls of others which are suffering a lot into the severe imprisonment of the human body.  When we attain an optimum level in meditation then the energy of our Soul begins its effort to pull their Kundalini out of Sahastrara spontaneously, our Kundalini works like a magnet for another Kundalini in spite of unawareness and rigidity of their mind.

When other people would come across to us then some of them would feel very comfortable and relaxed and some may feel some sort of irritation because of the energy field of our Kundalini. It depends on their awareness and internal growth. So, if we want to be called the children of ‘Shree Mata Ji’ then we must be quite aware of our duty to make others enlightened in all manners. We have been given rebirth by ‘Shree Maa’ only for this purpose.  We may assume that ‘Shree Maa’ has trained all of us to help other people to let them peep into their heart and find out the very purpose of being   a human being. 

Meditation is not for solving our problems and achieving materialistic articles and sources but it is for improving our understanding regarding the Kingdom of God.  Actually meditation is the manifestation of deep unconditional love for our Divine Mother-Father as well as it is the greatest passion and hobby for true Sadhakas/Sadhikas. 

If some of us contaminate this with any type of materialistic desire then it won’t work and we would have to spend whole life in clearing all the chakras and Nadies, it is quite useless and waste of time if our aim is biased with the feelings of materialistic gaining and materialistic achievements.  If we have such types of expectation from meditation and from ‘Shree Mata Ji’ then we are totally misunderstood and moving in the dark. If we have any type of earthly desire then we should keep meditation apart from it and we must do some effort with our own to attain that thing.

“‘Almighty’ is not going to provide all the worldly things if we ask ‘Him’ but ‘He’ is ready to give all the knowledge of true path if we will.” What we get in this world as material is nothing but reflexes of our doings and efforts, it is some sort of consideration of our input, either of this present life or past life cycles, suddenly we receive profits as well as some losses without expectation. 

‘Adi Maa’ has created ‘Mother Nature’ for fulfilling materialistic need for Human being and ‘She’ has created all the five Elements and all the nine Planets to help ‘Mother Nature’.  ‘She’ has created all the creatures and all the plants to serve for Human Being. The awareness of all the creatures always look forward to Human being for his love and compassion as well as his good wishes for their evolution.


 ‘God’ has created Human Being as the medium of Salvation for human as well as the care taker of the all the creature. So our life is very important and very precious, we must understand its significance, it is not for suffering due to scarcity of materialistic means but to give a shoulder to ‘Almighty’ to find out ‘His’  True Souls which are scattered here and there far away from the probabilities of getting free. “
