1) “We all Sahajis are just like different rivers which have different colours, different temperatures, different volume, different speed, carrying different types of soil with its flow. And our ‘Mother’ is Like an Ocean who let all of them merges into ‘Her’ Lap to give all of us a chance of interaction and integration with each other’s.

Though, nobody can differentiate the water of several rivers in an ocean on the surface level separately because the whole water becomes one by mixing with each-other. But, if someone dives deep into the ocean only then that person can know the difference in temperature, flow and colour of the several streams of different rivers, because Ocean too have respect for their different traits.

So same with our Sahajis, externally all seems equal sitting into ‘The Lotus Feet’ but we all have different peculiarities and depth within to give a shoulder to this ‘Movement of Truth’ which was evoked by our ‘Beloved Mother’ to spread ‘Her’ Love to make every Soul tranquil and Free from the grip of Myths.”

2)  “The inclination towards the difference between Thinking and Truth causes so many problems to our external ‘Shell’, called Human body because our biological unit is designed to get nourishment only by acknowledging the Truth through our consciousness.

For example if we think of the past which is not true then our right hemisphere give us a feeling of heaviness on the right hand side and if we think for the future which is not true then our left hemisphere will show some Ache on the left side of our head.

Or if we are imagining something wrong for us then whole head will show heaviness on the front side or on the contrary if we are thinking to take revenge to a person who has done wrong with us then our Back Side of our head show some pulsating Ache.

Means the deities of all the four parts of our Head are not happy with our thinking because it is somewhere leading us towards myth so they are showing us their denial in the form of heaviness or annoyance in the form of Head Ache. And if we do not change our mind to the positive side then they gives us ‘Migraine’ as some sort of Punishment.

So same with our whole internal instrument which shows some problems like body ache if we do not stop our Negative Thinking then it gives us some disease as indication or severe diseases for demolition of our Biological Unite because unknowingly we are crossing the limit of ‘Nature’.

That’s why we must be very alert about the reflexes of our thinking on our body, because our body is our own ‘God’ who is visible(Sakaara) and our body is our First Guide’ initially towards the journey of ‘Truth’.”-

1) “It seems very strange when we see some Sahajis criticizing each other for their methods of Meditation and Self Realization, whereas every Sahaji knows that all such types of divine activities are looked after by “Shree Mata Ji” ‘Herself’.“She” utilizes every one’s Calibre and Depth as per their understanding regarding spirituality. 

Actually, we all are standing at different stairs which are leading us to the ‘Roof of Truth’, so different stairs are providing us the different feelings and knowledge as we realize different temperature and environment at every 100 meters while climbing a Mountain Peak. That’s why we vary in our experiences of meditation which reflects in our understanding and methods. 

So, we must respect each and every one’s ideas and perception regarding the different ways of meditation and self-realization because we all are moving towards the same Destination as well as we all are taken care by ‘Shree Maa’.” 

2) "Seeking is nothing but being away from the severe Grip of our conditioned mind which take place gradually with the absorption of 'Divine flow' into our Being. 

So in this process, we might feel different levels of our Mental Disposition as well as Eternal Consciousness because of the continuous cleansing of our mind which manifests in the form of different stages of our awareness.

It is like pouring water continuously into the contaminated Jar and then all the contamination starts coming out of the jar automatically but slowly."

3) “We human, go through almost three stages as per our changeable ‘Mental Dispositions’ and all the three stages of our existences are looked after by ‘Almighty’ ‘Himself’.

i) As a Seeker:--If we are a ‘True Seeker then ‘He’ arranges so many ways for us to show us the right path to proceed towards ‘The Truth’. Then we use to be guided and taken care by ‘Shree Adi Shakti’ directly for the redemption of our Soul. 

‘She’ generates so many positive ‘Permutation & Combination’ in our life that we usually meet several Enlightened Souls’ who give a boost in our ascent and develop our Awareness up to ‘Origin Level’ and finally we become One with ‘Him’ for ever first and then work according to ‘His’ will.

ii) As Good Human Being:--When we come in this world and take form of Human Being then all the needs and requirement of our human existence are looked after by ‘Shree Maa Jagdamba’. 

If we are honest and innocent then ‘She’ always protects us from all kinds of Evils as well as from Devils & Monsters. ‘She’ provides us ‘Her’ ‘Compassion and Love’ to procure & maintain all kinds of ‘Good Relations’ among our whole Circle and takes us away from all kinds of ‘Negative People.

iii) As a Bad Human Being:- Due to greed and Ego if we go against the truth and create several troubles for ‘Humanity’ as well as for this Creation then ‘He’ takes a form of ‘Maya’ and creates so many illusion before such a person. 

‘She’ provokes that person more and more and as he/she crosses all the limits of the ‘Principle of Nature’ as well as the ‘Law of Divine’ and then such a person become the victim of the severe punishment of ‘Mother Nature’ as well as that person becomes the target of the uncontrolled rage of Deities like ‘Shree Ganesha’ and Shree Hanumana’. 

And finally he/she suffers ‘Hell’ on this Earth only and only then he/she begs pardon for his/her wrong deeds with true heart and usually surrenders him/her-self and comes into ‘His’ Shelter. So ‘He’ helps us in all manners to reform our mistakes and develops our awareness.”

This is a very beautiful trek, known for its haunted lake , as one can find several bones, skulls, and skeleton of human body around Roop Kund (16800 ft). The sizes of the bones and skulls are bigger than the bones of normal human. It is said that the whole convoy of the Devotees of 'Devi'(Deity) killed in an Avalanche around 400-500 years back, when they were passing through this place at the occasion of Worshipping of the 'Devi' of this area.

I have to open the Snow clad  route to reach to Roop Kund through a very steep climb of more than 800 feet, because our Guide denied to go up to the Kund due to heavy snow fall and route became buried,but it was a very good experience. After reaching the top of the Kund, we three saw a team of Bengali Trekker coming to it as they were supposed to go back due to buried Route so they gave us thanks for making their prog. successful.

After Reaching the last ridge we had to go down more than 200 mtrs to Roop Kund

 Finally we three of us reached Roop Kund (16800 ft)

 By mistake two of us did not bring our Snow Goggles that's why we had to suffer from Snow-Blindness

After One hour of our arrival at Roop Kund, Bengali Team too reached here.

1) “We often become very happy to celebrate the beginning of coming New Year almost every year, thinking that this commencing year would give us a chance to have an original smile on our face throughout the whole year with a feeling of would be achievements what we have desired and expected earlier. 

Every New year is just like a Sun Rise of every day which brings hope to spend the whole day with good feelings and accomplishment of our routine and special tasks.

Every Sun Rise is just like the first touch of ‘The Divine Energy’ at our Sahastrara which represents ‘Her’ presence with the overwhelming feelings of Joy which makes the journey of meditation to the unknown territories of our being.

And this first touch of ‘Pure Energy’ we absorb into our being which ignites each and every Centre which emits Love to activate all the cells of our Subtle Body which gives a feeling of ‘Divine Celebration’ to our Consciousness.

So, every moment of meditation is new as well as every moment of our Human Life is unique, that's why, we must enjoy each and every moment which comes before us in any situation because it is going to enrich our awareness." 

2)" Flow of Truth cannot be tagged with any designation because such designation is some sort of a stagnation, how can a river be stagnated at particular 'City' though that city might be very beautiful."

3) "Our Awareness blooms like a flower when the Seed (Spirit) is being Nourished by 'Divine Love' through Connectivity then our Mind Dissolves Completely into this 'Flourished Awareness' and Enlightened Awareness makes us Eligible to grow in all the sphere of our Materialistic as well as Spiritual Life."

4) "Inner Peace sprouts only after going through all types of 'Chaos & Struggles' so that we could understand the value of Peace. And this peace can be maintained by remaining in meditative state all the time by realizing 'Her Power' flowing into our Being. "

5) "Our mind is a facility for our soul to experience the every aspect of this creation, but problem starts when our awareness sticks to some of the materialistic things which lies into the memory of our mind. Only then an invisible conflict starts between our soul and Mind and we feel embarrassed and confused.

To overcome this harassing situation we must connect to our Central Heart and ensure the connectivity with our Sahastrara first and then we should think about our problems for some moments, after sometimes we might get an instant solution of our problem but this spontaneous idea would not be having any previous history.”

1)“it is a very common phenomenon in most of our Sahaji’s families that elderly/influential persons try to dominate the younger/weaker one especially to Good & innocent Seeker.

Such types of dominating people who sometimes, use to be Sahaj Followers, always creates different kinds of problems for him/her and try to torture the true seekers without any genuine reasons just to satisfy their over inflating Ego.

They sometimes behave like ‘Hitler’ to make the good Sahajis compel to follow what they want or will, they often think that they are just like emperor and others have to work under their command irrespective of being their kith n kin. 

Such kinds of persons treat their son/Daughter/Daughter In Law/Wife/Husband as they are their registered property by crushing their emotions, desires and feelings. 

They always try to impose so many ridiculous things/rules without understanding the needs and requirements of the innocent seekers who use to be in the form of different relations with such cruel and fanatic Beasts/Sahaj Follower.

This category of the people cannot be spiritual being; they are just like demons/leeches in disguise. Every soul has his/her own “Origin-Rights” to explore the creation of ‘Almighty’ that’s why every Soul must be given some space to realize the facts of this world in his/her own way because their awareness has to grow up to such extent where they feel the urge of Salvation.

So, Nobody has any right to pressurize any soul to work under other’s instructions, an awakened soul always moves under the ‘Divine Guideline’ of his/her own being. This is the Greatest Sin against a Realized Soul, for this brutality such people would definitely be punished by the Divine.”

2) We must be thankful to such a Love which becomes Enemy because of this bad feeling, we could Love Everyone without discrimination like 'God' 'Who' is impartial for all. 

Only then we become eligible to be called 'A Child of God’. And finally we become able to make our own Fate as well as we could help other's to make their fate too."
