"Impulses"------203------"Feeling of Guilt---A Myth"-----Contemplation

"Impulses"

 “ Feeling of Guilt----A Myth”

“It is very common among few of us to make our self responsible for every Unfavourable occurrences which take place time to time in our Normal Routine Life. We often condemn our self for not following Sahaj Life in proper manner as per the Ethics of Sahaj Rituals like ‘Morning Meditation, Routine Bandhans, Foot-Soaking, Shoe Beating etc.

Actually we often could not do all such kinds of rituals due to several reasons like Late Coming to our home, Late Night Sleeping & Rising, unexpected arrival of guests, sudden happenings of unforeseen and some emergency works which keep us away from our daily scheduled life.

Due to negative thinking we become guilt conscious and due to guilt we could not enjoy meditation because of frightening thoughts of so called future Anti-Peace happenings, which ceases the flow of Pure Vibration into our instrument. Because of lesser vibrations our Central Heart Chakra becomes weak and we feel suffocation and this suffocation makes us fearful.

To overcome from this negative mental disposition we must take our attention to our Central Heart and try to feel ‘Her’ there in the form of some sensation like vibration or palpitation or throbbing or some sort of pulling and then we should take our attention to the Middle of our Palms and try to feel some rotation of energy there at least for one minutes.

If we find some sensational rotation into our palm then we must be assured that ‘She’ has awakened into our heart and ‘she’ would take care of everything. And this rotation shows the perfect balance in our both the hemisphere means good state for meditation. So in this situation we are not supposed to do all the rituals of Sahaj Yoga but we should try to be in meditation effortlessly.”
