If such people understand to accept "His" Desire then nobody would be feeling Sad and Anguished for their Individual Lives."

"Dear Sahaj Companions, I remember those early days of Sahaj when "She" had taken me into "Her Lotus Feet" almost Twenty Years Back.

All Sahajis of all age group used to be very Generous, Loving, Compassionate,Joyous and Open Hearted without any kind of Hard Feelings for each due to any reason.

We used to have great fun together irrespective of External Status, Position, Attainments,Recognition and so called Wordily Achievements.

That was the best time I spent ever in my life being one among Warm & Compassionate Association.

But, now a days, it is being observed by my Awareness as the time has been changing gradually at Gross Level.

That most of the Sahajis have been becoming so much Sophisticated,Self Centered, Self Oriented and Exhibitionist.

As the space in their Hearts for others has been shrinking out of these Conditioning.

More over most of the Sahajis have been Equipped with Read and Heard Intelligence & Brilliance as the Core Factor of Heart Felt Bonding is being missing day by day.

And very often they have started feeling bad if any thing/any one goes little against their Mental Conditioning, it is very disheartening & painful for Real Enlightened Souls.

At that Time "Shree Mata Ji" was there in "Her" 'Sakar Form' and 'The Energy Field' of "Her" Gross Existence kept on Releasing Endless Love & Compassion which used to work as Bonding Agent for our Hearts.

But now, all of us have to open our Heart and leave all kinds of Conditioning to enjoy "Her" Children more without discrimination.

All of us must understand deep inside our Heart that our Companionship is Ever Fresh and Immortal.

And all of us have been given Rebirth by "Shree Maa Adi Shakti" to fulfill some specific purposes with some different peculiarities within our Being.

*We must understand that Every Soul has been carrying Different Traits,Different Perception, Different Awareness, Different Consciousness, Different Attitude, Different Behavior, Different Understanding and Different Aim since ages.*

That's why we often differ with Each Others since when our Heart gets open and we begin realizing "Her" Existence and start receiving "Her" Messages through our Heart.

Only then we become Compatible to Each Other and feel the same as other's feel."

"All the Actual Follower of Truth are standing together with Each Other's Knowingly or Unknowingly in a Gross Form or in an Invisible Subtle Form.

To Encourage to help each others to fight against Existing Evils into Our Society or into our Own Being every moment.

As well as to give their Shoulders with Affectionate Silence/ with some Inaudible Consoling Words into Each Other's Heart in the form of Enhancing Energy.

Though they might not know each other's or even they are not aware of Each Other's Existance at External Level but they are always there for Each Other's.

We all are Lucky Enough to be Chosen by 'The Divine' to learn a lesson of Unconditiol Love, Compassion, Joy, Cooperation, Coordination and Team Work.

We all are Existing together Into the "Viraat Shareer" of "Primordial Father" under the Careful Supervision and Sharp Vigilence of our "Eternal Mother".

Fortunately, The day will come when the Last Course of "Her" training will gets ended. And we might be established into the Kingdom of "God" for Forever which exists into our Own Being.

Our Hearts are woven together by "Shree Maa" "Herself" through Each of Us if we could feel by keeping our Minds aside.

In this way, we all have become One, and we are One actually.

*No one is, Other's*

Though, We seem different apparently because of our Different Mental Status due to Different Bringing up in Different Circumstances and Situations.

Which causes several kinds of Individual Mental Conditioning. And such conditioning set our Notions which may vary with each others.

And these Notions generates our Perceptions and such perceptions produces Thoughts and thoughts build our Personality.

And due to Different Personality we find ourselves little different with others. Some times we feel Inferior or some times we feel superior out of superficial comparison with others.

Vice versa if we use our Heart in maintaining close relations instead of Mind we will find ourselves the same as others are.

More over we will always find a Child in us as well as in Others too who does not know any kind of discrimination in any way.

We can't be Mature Spiritually in true sense when and until we keep on realizing This Child into our Heart always.

*Because this Child is none other than a Reflection of "Him".*

Though a Person is deemed quite mature if he has got Success by Achieving Everything in this Visible World.

Some of us are quite elder and some of us are younger with Each Other's at Gross Level but we have the same Age at Soul & Spirit Level.

Thats why Our Hearts must have full respect and love for Each Other's at equal footing with same Intensity as it has for our Own self.

My Awareness knows one thing only that,

*Our Mind Acknowledges Possessions of all Worldly Articles & Affairs while Our Souls Identify only Loving Hearts.*

And 'It' carries Love & Compassion only Right at the time of 'It's' Final Departure."

*It is evident that The Crucial Time has begun,and 'Corona' has erased our External Identities by forcing all of us to put 'Masks' on our Faces and to survive only on the Most Basic Needs.*

"If we always keep on Realizing our External Being as well as it's Surrounding.

Then it is sure, that we are severely Attached with our Gross Existence.

Then, we will always keep on frightening with thousands of thoughts of losing so many things which we possess or going to possess in 'So Called Future'.

Vice versa, If we acknowledge that we are none but a 'Pure Consciousness' then we will always feel Fearless, Joyous and Happy.

This Practice will keep you above your Mind which is the Source of thousands of Conditioning.

Which often reflect on our Subtle Body as well as on our Biological Body negatively.

If we want to get rid of being Conscious about all kinds of reflexes on both the Bodies.

Then, we must keep on Realizing that, we are an 'Enlightened Spirit' only 'Who' is residing into our Gross Being.

This state will let your Awareness feel a pleasant Freedom.

Then, you will often forget the place of your existence,

Is it inside your Body ? or it is moving outside along with your Awareness."

"जब तक हम अपनी 'आत्मा' को प्रकाशित कर अपनी आत्मा के मार्गदर्शन में चलना नहीं प्रारम्भ कर देंगे तब तक हमारा वास्तविक उत्थान नहीं हो पायेगा।

क्योंकि केवल और केवल हमारी स्वयं की जागृत हुई आत्मा ही हमारे भौतिक व आध्यात्मिक कल्याण के लिए हमें प्रेरणा दे सकती है।

जब से हम इस धरा पर प्रथम बार अमीबा से लेकर मानव तक किसी भी जीव की योनि में जन्म लेके आये हैं तभी से हमारी आत्मा हमारे विभिन्न अस्तित्वों के साथ निरंतर बनी हुई है।

हमारी आत्मा इस सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि के निर्माण के साथ साथ हमारी कुंडलिनी, जीवात्मा, समस्त देवी-देवताओं, गणों,रुद्रों आदि की उत्पत्ति की भी साक्षी है क्योंकि 'यह' "श्री पार ब्रह्म परमेश्वर" का ही अंश है।

इसीलिए हमारी आत्मा हर प्रकार के ज्ञान से सुसज्जित है और 'यही' समय समय पर हमारे हृदय के माध्यम से हमें हमारे बाह्य व आंतरिक जीवन के कल्याण के लिए निरंतर प्रेरणा देती रहती है।

चाहे हम आत्मसाक्षात्कार प्राप्त करने से पूर्व व उपरांत 'इसकी' बात को अपने मन के अधीन होकर अनसुना ही क्यों न करते रहे हों।

वास्तव में 99% प्रतिशत ध्यान अभ्यासी आत्मसाक्षात्कार पाने के उपरांत भी अपनी स्वयं की आत्मा के मार्गदर्शन से वंचित ही रह जाते हैं। क्योंकि उनका चित्त व चेतना अपनी स्वयं की आत्मा के साथ जुड़ ही नहीं पाता।

आत्मा से जुड़ने व इस जुड़ाव को प्रगाढ़ करने के लिए लिए हमें अपनी चेतना को अपनी आत्मा के साथ निरंतर बनाये रखना होता है।

या यूं कहें कि अपनी चेतना में अपनी आत्मा को लगातार अनुभव करते रहना होता है। तब ही जाकर हम अपनी आत्मा के सानिग्धय में बने रह सकते हैं और इसके ज्ञान का लाभ उठा सकते हैं।

*वास्तव में हमारी आत्मा ही हमारी चेतना का 'चश्मा' है जिसके द्वारा हमें हर स्तर पर सत्य के दर्शन होते हैं।*

यही नहीं अपने "परम प्रिय परमात्मा" से वार्तालाप भी हमारी आत्मा के माध्यम से ही हो सकता है।

आत्मा के बिना प्रकाशित हुए और आत्मा से बिना रूबरू हुए हम "परमपिता" को अपने भीतर सही मायनों में आभासित तक नहीं कर सकते।

*क्योंकि "परम सत्ता" और मानव के बीच हमारी आत्मा एक 'सेतु' की तरह कार्य करती है।*

जैसे जैसे हमारी नजदीकी अपनी स्वयं की आत्मा के साथ बढ़ती जाती है वैसे ही वैसे हमारे भीतर आत्म ज्ञान का प्रस्फुटन भी बढ़ता जाता है।

*आत्मज्ञान विहीन साधक/साधिका ऐसे ही होते हैं जैसे बिन खुशबू व सौंदर्य के पुष्प।*

हममें से बहुत से पुराने सहजी "श्री माता जी" के लेक्चर्स रट रट कर व इधर उधर से मानसिक सूचनाएं प्राप्त कर काफी विद्वान हो गए हैं।

किंतु उनका स्वयं का आंतरिक ज्ञान, अनुभव व समझ अभी तक भी ठीक प्रकार से विकसित नहीं हो पाया है।

जिसके कारण बहुत से तो अपने मानसिक ज्ञान के आधार पर झगड़ा करने लगते हैं,

तो कुछ अपनी व्यक्तिगत पहचान बनाने के लिए रात दिन एक करते रहते हैं,

तो कुछ घोर अज्ञानता व आंतरिक अंधकार के कारण अन्य सहजियों के साथ व्यापार कर धन अर्जित करने की फिराक में रहते हैं,

तो कुछ सहज संस्था में किसी न किसी पद पर आसीन होकर अन्य सहजियों पर अपना रौब गालिब कर संतुष्ट होते रहते हैं,

तो कुछ अपने सांसारिक कल्याण के लिए "श्री माँ" के "श्री चरणों" में बैठ कर सुबहो शाम गुहार लगा रहे होते हैं,

तो कोई भयाक्रांत होकर हर समय अपने चक्र व नाड़ियां स्वच्छ कर रहे होते हैं,

तो कुछ राजनैतिक नेताओं की विचारधाराओं का अंधानुकरण कर मानसिक गुलामों की श्रेणी में अपने को ले आते हैं।

यानि उचित आंतरिक मार्ग दर्शन के आभाव में ध्यान अभ्यासी अपना अत्यंत कीमती समय व्यर्थ करते रहते हैं और भीतर ही भीतर पीड़ित भी रहते हैं।

यूं तो "श्री माता जी" ने सहज योग अभ्यासियों के लिए सम्पूर्ण ज्ञान अपने लेक्चर्स के माध्यम से दे दिया है।

किन्तु विडंबना यह है कि बिना चेतना को विकसित किये वह 'अनमोल ज्ञान सम्पदा' सहजी के किसी काम नहीं आ पाती।

*क्योंकि अधिकतर सहजियों की अविकसित चेतना "श्री माता जी" के अनमोल वचनों की गहनता को समझ ही नहीं पाती है।

सहजियों को उनकी पढ़ाई लिखाई के स्तर के अनुसार कुछ शाब्दिक ज्ञान तो समझ आ जाता परंतु उन शब्दों का मर्म पल्ले नहीं पड़ता।*

अतः हममें से प्रत्येक ध्यान अभ्यासी को अपने चित्त के जरिये अपने मध्य हॄदय व सहस्त्रार पर "श्री ऊर्जा" को अनुभव करने के साथ साथ।

अपनी चेतना को हर पल अपनी आत्मा से जोड़ कर रखना होगा, और प्रतिदिन समय निकाल कर गहन ध्यान अवस्था में अपनी चेतना के माध्यम से अपनी आत्मा को अनुभव करने व उससे वार्तालाप करने का अभ्यास बनाना होगा।

ऐसा निरंतर करते रहने से हमारी आत्मा हमारी चेतना में मुखरित होना प्रारम्भ हो जाएगी और हमारे अंतः करण में अपनी उपस्थिति हर समय दर्शाती रहेगी।

या यूं कहें कि एक सच्चे मित्र/हितेषी/मार्गदर्शक/गुरु के रूप में हमें सदा लाभान्वित करती रहेगी।

एक तथ्य की बात यह है कि,

*हमारी आत्मा हमारे दैहिक व मनोदैहिक जीवन एवम हमारी जीवात्मा के कल्याण के लिए ही हमारे हृदय में बैठाई गयी है।*

जो इस वसुंधरा पर हमारे प्रथम आगमन से लेकर आज तक के हमारे समस्त कर्मों,आचरण व स्वभाव से पूर्णतया अवगत है।

इसीलिए हमारी आत्मा यह अच्छे से जानती है कि हमारा वास्तविक कल्याण हमारी प्रवृति के अनुसार किस तरह से हो सकता है।

इसीलिए यह हमारे हॄदय के भीतर रहते हुए हमारे द्वारा किये जाने वाले हर कार्य से पूर्व अंतः करण में स्वत् उत्पन्न विचार के रूप में अपना संदेश अवश्य देती है।

भले ही हम इसकी वाणी पर ध्यान दें अथवा न दें किन्तु यह अपना कर्तव्य सदा निभाती रहती है। विशेष रूप से हमारे भौतिक उपक्रमों तक में यह हमारी भरपूर मदद करती है।

यहां तक कि शॉपिंग के समय हम क्या चीज खरीदें,

कौनसा रंग पसंद करें,

किस चीज में अपना धन लगाएं,

किस व्यक्ति के साथ संबंध आगे बढ़ाएं,

किस व्यक्ति से दूरी बनाये,

कौनसा मकान खरीदें,

किस प्रकार का नक्शा बनाएं आदि आदि।

हांलाकि हमारी आत्मा का वास्तविक कार्य हमारी जीवात्मा की मुक्ति व हमारा निर्वाण ही है।

किन्तु यह हमारे मनोभावों व हमारे सांसारिक झुकावों को देखती हुई हमें भीतर से गाइड करती हुई अंततः हमें मुक्ति मार्ग पर अग्रसर कर देती है।

क्योंकि यह अच्छे से जानती है कि जब मानव अपने वर्तमान जीवन की वास्तविक आवश्यकतओं को पूर्ण नहीं कर लेगा।

अथवा उनके प्रति समाधान को प्राप्त नहीं हो जाता तब तक वह अपने वास्तविक लक्ष्य की ओर उन्मुख नहीं होगा।

इसीलिए हमारी आत्मा एक अच्छी व सच्ची माता के समान मानव के प्रति पूर्ण वात्सल्य का भाव रखते हुए शनै शनै उसे सत्य की ओर अग्रसर करती रहती है।

जबकि "माँ आदि शक्ति" हमारी जीवात्मा के कल्याण के लिए हमारी आत्मा का उपयोग करते हुए हमें सुंदर अवसर प्रदान करती हैं व हुए उन अवसरों का लाभ उठाने की हमें शक्तियां प्रदान करती हैं।

ऊपरी तौर पर हम कह सकते हैं कि "श्री माँ" हमारा हर स्तर पर कल्याण करती हैं।

किन्तु वे इतनी "निर्लिप्त" हैं कि उन तक हमारी सांसारिक आवश्यकताओं की पुकार तक नहीं पहुंच पाती है।

अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से हमारी आत्मा ही हमारे सांसारिक हित के लिए उचित कार्य करने के लिए हमें प्रेरित करती है।

ताकि लोभ, ईर्ष्या, महत्वाकांक्षा व प्रतिस्पर्धा वश हम ऐसे कार्य न कर डालें जिससे हमारा नकारात्मक प्रारब्ध निर्मित हो और हम आने वाले समय में अत्यंत कष्ट पाएं।*

इसीलिए हम सभी को अपनी स्वयं की आत्मा के साथ घनिष्ठ संबंध बनाने चाहिए जिससे हर स्तर पर हमारा कल्याण हो सके और हमारा यह मानवीय जीवन सार्थक हो सके।"

●हमारी आत्मा एक फिल्टर की तरह हमारी चेतना के लिए कार्य करती है। 

यदि हम अपनी चेतना व अपनी आत्मा की एकाकारिता को बनाये रखेंगे। तो किसी भी प्रकार का नकारात्मक प्रभाव न तो हमारे यन्त्र पर ही होगा और न ही कोई दुष्प्रभाव हमारे ह्रदय पर ही आएगा।

वरन हमारी चेतना हमारी आत्मा के सानिग्धय में निरंतर विकसित होती जाएगी और हमारी कुंडलिनी को भी पुष्ट करने में मदद करेगी।

जो हमारे मानसिक व शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य एवम सांसारिक व आध्यात्मिक विकास के लिए अत्यंत लाभप्रद होगा।●
