"Impulses"--229

"Impulses"

 1) “It is most common among all of us to ‘Miss’ someone because of his/her absence, whom we Love so much. We often cry with pain and shed tears, and want that person to be with us right at the same time when we will to see him/her along with us.

We must always remember that we are ‘Realized Souls’ now who has accustomed to ‘Perceive’ Divine Love from our Sahastrara and relish the same into our Central Heart in meditative state, so it is always better to feel the ‘Love’ of that person in the same manner into our Heart, then we might feel satisfied and happy.

Because Love is Love, either for ‘God’ or for any creation of ‘God’, “He” exists into each and every cell and Atom of ‘His’ creation, so in the same way ‘He’ resides into the hearts of all the humans, there is no difference between both kinds of Love if we realize.

And when we keep our attention at our Sahastrara and remember someone whom we love truly then our Kundalini interacts with the Kundalini of that person either he/she is Realized or Non Realized and sends our message of our feelings and emotions to the Central Heart of desired person.

And then his/her heart responds through his/her Kundalini and we acknowledges his/her Love into our Heart and we feel satisfaction and joy out of remembering that person.

With this process of realizing someone’s Love we usually raise the Kundalini of others with the help of our attention, so we hit two targets at a time. So we should never miss someone but we must live with the same person in this manner so that we could hardly miss our Loved One.

"Impulses"----228

"Impulses"

1) “Meditation is just like Driving of a Vehicle, during the driving, we usually keep an eye on our route and passage only, through which our vehicle could easily pass on in spite of heavy traffic of several kinds of vehicles. At that particular time we hardly stick with any vehicle or things because we have to go ahead and reach to our destination.

So same with meditation, during the journey of meditation we have to encounter several kinds of thoughts but without sticking or fighting with them we have to keep on realizing vibration or the flow of ‘Divine Energy’ at different places into our subtle system.

Our attention must be involved only with the Existence of the Power of “Maa Adi Shakti” in the form of vibration or flowing Energy. We should try to be absorbed fully into relishing ‘Her’ Love which comes from our Sahastrara and spreads like the fragrance into our subtle system through all our Nerves, Veins and Arteries to energize and nourish all the cells of our internal and external body. Only then we could be successful to enjoy the perfect state of Meditation.”

2) “Our Heart is the Ocean of our Awareness which has so many precious Stone and Pearls of “Pure Knowledge” which enrich our Consciousness, Feelings, Sensitivity towards Truth and Deep Understanding while our “Manah”(Mind) is the surface of this ocean on which ‘Waves of Emotions’ runs as per the Weather of Circumstances and Situations.

So it is always better to go deep into this Ocean and find out so many ‘Pearls and Stones’ rather than fighting with the waves of ‘Rough Sea” due to Storm or Cyclone of Adversities which is predestined because Surface of the Sea hardly effects the Depth when and until a Tsunami of ‘Entire Change’ or Complete Transformation take place.”

"Impulses"---227--“Do’s & Dont's”

“Do’s  & Dont's”

“It is most common quarrel or argument among few of us related to ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ of Sahaj Techniques and procedures whereas the ‘source of all Knowledge’ is only ‘One’ which is none other than “Shree Mata Ji”.

Some times it seems, that students of the same class is arguing over some chapters or lesson which is taught by a teacher recently according to the time and need of the student but student is busy in letting other students down by making their own point of view superior regarding the same chapter or lesson according to their different grasping capacity.

So same happens with the Lectures of “Shree Mata Ji”, some of us usually start fighting and putting our own point of view regarding the same lectures as per our level of understanding and awareness without considering the time, place, circumstances, situation and of course the condition of the Sahajis.

If we study the place, time and crowed when and where “She” had delivered ‘Her’ Lectures then we will find this fact that “She’ had given all kinds of knowledge as per the requirement of time, place and the people.

.
So it is obvious if we tell something to others, this should not be criticised or mocked over other’s know how, if we understand “Her” Sayings as per the depth and the level of our own understanding and awareness. We must respect each-other’s point of view and intention of expression.

After all, we Sahajis are being trained by ‘Her’ only to express and spread ‘Her’ message to the whole globe, that’s why we must not let other Sahaji down by showing our own ‘Stored Knowledge’ of ‘Her’ Lectures and Sayings of Sahaj Procedures. Though, some of us hardly have gone through all “Her” Sayings and teachings, We often suggest so many Sahaj techniques to others without testing the results of them with our own self.

But we must share our own intense experiences and feelings with each others related to our Spiritual Journey of meditation and contemplation which might be very useful for some of us. Because, we can answer to each and every question of the other Sahjis about some specific situations of meditation if we would have gone through.

That’s why, it is always better to tell or suggest anything to others after experiencing the same thing at our own instrument first as we tell different recipes to others after making or preparing the same dishes with our own hands.

"Impulses"----226

"Impulses"

“Very often, most of us become bewildered and harassed due to irregular routine of our life, we often, use to think what’s wrong with us, why it is happening with us, we are not following the saying of “Shree Mata Ji” to get up early in the morning and meditate properly. Though, we try our level best to correct our schedule and follow that very sincerely by deciding before going to our bed.

But after a very few days of the following of our so called schedule, we would be walking on an uneven terrain of our unscheduled life again with the guilt of breaking our own rule and regulation. Then we remember our old days when we used to be very punctual and dedicated to so many things specially related with meditation.

Then we use to be compelled to think by our mind that, ‘we are definitely have come under the severe influence of Negativity’ that’s why we have become so lethargic and inactive. The we try to clear our Subtle System with different kinds of Sahaj Techniques which too could not be followed by us due to so many reasons, so finally we become depress and dejected.

Actually, after coming into “Lotus Feet” with full devotion, it becomes very difficult to follow any schedule in our day to day life. Because “She” has made us ‘Her’ instrument so this is ‘Her’ discretion, how, when, where to take works from us.

Now, we cannot decide our own life with our own efforts because we have become one with “Her” but our mind is still under the process of Enlightenment, so ‘It’ is still creating some problem for us due to Old Conditionings. But be sure It will merge into the ‘Ocean of Spirit’ and lose its own identity soon.”
