"Sitting at Sahastrara 24x7"--7 "Beginning of Working Day"
“Whenever we reach our office or work place we usually lit a ‘Deepak’ (Candle) before ‘Shree Mata Ji’ and sit for two minutes for meditation, at this time we may take our attention at that place everywhere around us and we may acknowledge ‘Her’ in the form of feeling of vibration at our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart.
Then we may supply pure Love from our Central Heart to the Central Heart of everyone who works there at least for another two minutes and acknowledge their reflexes into our Sahastrara and into our Central Heart. When we connect with every particle of the place with our Sahastrara and Central Heart then all the deities of that place wake up and convert that everyplace into a Temple.
This process makes everyone linked into a chain of Compassion and Love of ‘Shree Maa’ and creates oneness among all. It increases the capacity of work and performing proper responsibility. Everyone often feels comfort and easy-ness while working with us. This process increases compatibility among all the workers and staff and establish faith and honesty between every one.
If someone is not honest and faithful then this Energy of Love, is capable to expose that person before us or transform that person internally. If we channelize pure love with the help of our attention then nobody would dare to give harm to us. Either that person would run away from us or he/she might change into good one.
If someone comes to our office to meet us and he/she shakes hands with us then we may take pure love of ‘Shree Maa’ into our hands & palm and channelize into his/her Vishudhi with the help of our attention through his/her palm which might raise his/her Kundalini easily up to Vishudhi Level and then we may put our Attention to his/her Sahastrara which may pull his/her Kundalini to his/her Sahastrara Level.
If it happens then he/she might feel our compassion and love which might establish a very good relation with us. So there are lots of benefits we may get at our work place by being at Sahastrara but it needs proper and sincere practice.
