"Impulses"---220--Contemplation

"Impulses"

1) “For the expansion of our attention we should keep our attention outside of our ‘Being’ on “Maa Adi Shakti” only and we may feel some frequency of vibration at our Sahastrara.

So, we may keep our attention anywhere we want but we must realize ‘Her’ existence everywhere through our Sahastrara, only then, we can understand ‘Her’ Omnipresence, as it is always said that ‘God’ resides in every particle.

By doing so we can send help of Powers to several places including several persons even from a great distance through our attention. Because when we put our attention to some places or some persons, it contains an humble request with our pure will for ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ for the rectification of some global, regional or personal problems.

If “She” sees that request is genuine then “She” manages to correct them with “Her” own ways.

Actually our attention sends some messages of ‘Maa Adi Shakti’ from our Sahastrara to the Existing Powers of that area or of a person, and all the Powers always work under the sharp guideline of ‘Adi Shakti’.”

2) “When ever we add new routine in our life like practice of driving a car which is adopted by our Central Nervous System with the command of our Brain in the beginning then it becomes the part and parcel of Auto Nervous System which makes us able to accelerate, to apply brakes and gear shifting without noticing of functions.

Initially we have to give a training to our mind with new things then those adopted things look after our daily routine life as we load a new software in computer for our smooth working then that software runs the computer properly.

So same with Meditation, we have to practice it with full consciousness initially then it would be adopted by our Auto Nervous System and then we would be enjoying it without putting any effort with lots of vibration into our whole being.”

3) “Most of us meditate with the hidden expectation of our materialistic welfare which lies under the subtlest layer of our Sub-Conscious mind, though they are not evident on the surface of our consciousness.

And we hardly pray to Mother directly for the removal of our so called materialistic problems or gaining as we want to surrender to “Her” fully but, usually, such desires still exists into our mind somewhere.

These camouflaged expectations often leads us to disappointment first and then leads to depression or some sort of lack of interest as we could not understand or analyse that, why we are feeling sad or dejected.

To overcome such phases, we must counsel our self in meditative state right at the time of the presence of ‘Divine Energy’ at our Sahastrara or into our Central Heart or at both the Energy Centres for not being so optimistic about the co-relation between Meditation and Materialistic Life.

Actually, as per my awareness, Meditation is just like relishing a very tasty food which is not eaten for keeping a good health as we can expect from balanced Nourishing Food which is rich in lots of vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and calories.”
