2)” We often misunderstood our state of
meditation because sometimes we could not get vibrations though we might be in
proper meditation. For us, meditation means, to acknowledge vibration into our
palm or at our finger tips like cool or hot expression of vibrations.
And when we miss vibration on our palm even for few seconds then we think that our vishudhi and Swadhishthana are catching and this thought makes us worried as we are under the grip of some ‘Negative Influence’.
Actually we keep on attaining good state like being one with ‘Divine’ unknowingly during the different spells of meditation for few seconds which we enjoy frequently but we could hardly understand this state because of non-availability of the data of the experience of such kind of meditation into our mind.
In normal situation our mind tells us everything by evaluation with its old storage of information, and the experience of such kind of meditation, do not lie in its memory-bank, that’s why our mind reacts before our consciousness and declare such state as ‘Negative State’ which causes wrong understanding and assessment about our meditation.
As a matter of fact when our attention remains with our all 7 Chakras or with any one of these only then we can feel vibration into our Palm vice versa when our attention goes beyond our External Being’ even for few seconds then we might miss the sensation of vibration into our palm and on finger tips but we might be enjoying some flow of Energy at our Sahastrara.”

Dear Brother, I can understand your sentiments and feelings regarding the betrayal of the female partner but may I request you not to blame the whole females of the said region because it is a Demerit which can be fond anywhere in this world.
