This animated video is very beautiful which reveals some truths of Sahaj Yoga meditation, though this movie does not belong to Sahaj Yoga directly but we may enjoy the same feelings and experiences what we get during mediation. In the beginning, 'Shree Mata Ji' too, emphasised to keep our attention on respiration as 'Sri Buddha' taught to the whole world.
