“The Guilt”

“Jai Shree Mata Ji”
To,                                                                                                                      24.09.09
All My Sahaj Sathis,
Who Belong To Shree Maa,

“The Guilt”

Respected Nirmal Souls,Jai Shree Mata Ji,

In our last expression, we were sharing the feelings of different types of “Fear,” and out of fear we suddenly devoured by the vicious demon named “Guilt.” What ever we do out of our need , desire, mental disposition, eagerness, anxiety, impulses and enthusiasm which turns into reaction unsuitable to that particular time, person, circumstances, and situation and gives us an intense feeling of guilt. What ever is done by us against conditioning and we are blamed, give us a deep feeling of guilt. This is so capable to make us weak, insufficient, unconfident, and incompetent that we could not do anything good. The feeling of resentment burns us like wet wood. Slowly we start dieing inside and go under the grip of severe depression. To camouflage this state we usually start taking intoxicants and become addicted, another monster, gives us slavery or we become arrogant, we use abusive language, show Superiority Complex(though it always comes from inferiority) , try to dominate others and become short tempered.

Generally, two types of situation arises according to our temperament, if we are cowered, we become depressed and get involved in back biting and start finding other faults and if we are powerful we become aggressed and adopt planning and conspiracy against those whom are superior to us and always try to let them down publicly or individually. By doing all these things we become more prone to Guilt, because internally we know that we are going against our Spirit and loosing our vital power. If we tease others due to any reason, our sensitivity reduces and our Heart turns into stone. We become more selfish, this selfishness keeps us away from good people and gives us isolation, an imprisonment, some sort of banishment resulting more aggression or depression.

Due to this state, our neurotic system becomes tense and we have to face cervical problems. Lethargy or hypertension comes as uninvited guests and create so many difficulties in our normal life. If we stay in this state for a very long time both the opposite situations give us Cancer or Brain Tumor or Heart trouble and our system collapses and we become bed ridden. After struggling for a long time on the bed, we usually hear bad comments for us from our near and dear. Several times, we weep, we curse our fate, we pray to God to give us mercy Death and finally the last day comes we visualize our entire life and once again we comes under guilt and fear and pass away from this world leaving deadly expressions on our face. So this uses to be the end of our Precious life. So, this was the story of our ordinary human life.

We must be overwhelmed to Shree Mata Ji who has given chance to all of us to come out of our miserable life cycle. Generally, when we come in Sahaj Yoga we use to be in troubles, bearing the load of several Sins, actual, mythical, or illusionary giving immense pains to our souls. In this severe state, we get affection, love, and protection from Shree Mata Ji. For the time being we forget all our worries and problems and enjoy vibrations and Shree Maa too gives us relief in our critical position like giving lollypop or trophies to the weeping children. Then we start relying in Shree Maa and become more confident and relaxed. Slowly we relieve our burden to the Lotus Feet of Divine Mother of all our Sins, which was committed in the state of ignorance by us in the past. Our Heart spontaneously expresses-----

Anubhooti--------->> “Kaun Ho Tum(o6.o7.02)

“Chaman se chalne wali fulon ki, mehak si bayar ho tum,
Dabe dabe hoton se footne wale geeton ki, meethi sureeli taan ho tum,
Nirjeev chehron ki rangat badal, noorani karne wala noor ho tum,
Dubte huye dilon ko Sahara dekar ubarne wali, ik Lehar ho tum,
Barsat ke mausam mei mitti se uthne wali, sondhi sondhi mehak ho tum,
In begano se bhare sansaar mei, apne pan ka, ik ahsaas ho tum,
Andhere mei dube huye jeevno ko, raushni dene wali ik kiran ho tum,
Ic jindgi ke kathin Safar mei, chalne walon ka marg darshan ho tum,
Ic safar mei thak kar bethe, pathikon ke liye ik thandi chhanv ho tum,
In toot_te jhuthe rishton ke beech, banati ik gehra rishta ho tum,
Apno se tute, samaj se sataye, jeevan se nirash, logon ki ik aas ho tum,
Hajaron jeevan roopi nadiyon ko samane wala, ik saagar ho tum,
Hajaro logon ke bujhe dilon ko, prafullit karne wali, ik muskaan ho tum,
Nirakaar Parmatma ke Sakaar swaroop ka, jeevant praman ho tum,
Ic agyan ke andheron mei bhatakne walon ka, prem mayie gyan ho tum,
Hey Maa, mei, samajh nahi pata, mujhe shabad nahi aata,
Kic bhaav se mei batayun, mei vo samajh kahan se layun,
Jo ic vishalta ko, ic prem ke saagar ko,
ic yugon yugon se chhupe gehre gyan ko, ic aatma ke prakash ke sroat ko,
Ic jeevan ko chalane wali sanson ke udgam ko,
Hridyon ko chalane spandan ko, kaise sametyun chand shabdon mei,
Shayad mei kabhi bhi na khoj payunki, kaun ho tum…………,
Par aisa lagta hei ki shayad mere liye…………,
Mere jeevan ke sune upvan ki, bahar ho tum,
Meri aatma ki gehri pehchaan ho tum,
Mere hriday ki khoi awaaj ho tum,
Ic jeevan ko chalane wali ik sans ho tum,
Mere dhadkne wale hridey ki dhadkan ho tum,
Mere ic jeevan ke safar ki prerna ho tum,
Meri ic jindgi mei parmatma ko pane ki, prabal ichchha ho tum,
Har pal Hridey mei uthne wala bhaav ho tum,
Mera apna sveyem ka astitv ho tum,
Itna sab kuchh kehte huye bhi,
Hridey ke kone mei uthne wali fusfusahat, yeh kehti hei ki, kaun ho tum,
Toa mei uce batata hyun ki,
Parmatma ka diya hua ik Praan ho tum”.

So “Shree Maa” consoles us from going into deep sorrows and sadness and let us feel comfortable by showing HER presence with us.
Slowly we adopt meditation process and techniques guided by some old Sahajis or we get some contents from the lectures of Shree Mata Ji and follow them every day. Usually we set a routine and follow that strictly, so that we could get some depth and rise up to good level in meditation.

We go everywhere; try to attend every Pooja and Seminars, do foot soak at least for two times daily, give Dhuni to our house every day, do candling without mistake when ever we feel lethargic, clear our all the chakras by reciting all the Mantras in routine, give Bandhan every time when ever we sit for meditation or going out side for any reason, keep some chilly and lemon in our pocket, do “Allah Ho Akbar” and shoe beating every morning, time to time we do paper burning and string knotting when ever we feel problems and we use to maintain “Matka”too, for Any coming Badhas.
.
So this uses to be the routine chorus of a so-called Sahaji. To follow everything, it takes at least two hours daily, so it is all doing, doing and doing, and when the time comes for meditation and time become short and a Sahaji gets up and move for daily bread and other social activities. So there is no connectivity at Sahastrara and Central Heart results less Vibration in the system. If we do not feel sensation, we are tend to do more techniques and all cleansing process. So all the precious time we use to waste in different types of process instead of being in meditative state. And the situation become worse if we go to any of our relative who is not in Sahaj Yoga, we become more prone to Negativity and all the other problems because we always think that we will receive negativity and our chakras will get catches due to Non Sahaji person. After coming back to our home, we use to talk about catches in our chakras and do more cleansing activities and spend more time.

Unfortunately, sometimes we miss the clearing routine and caught up by the severe guilt, this guilt blocks our Vishudhi Chakra and our chakras start gasping and finally get catches. So whatever we do, it becomes a conditioning and this conditioning gives us deep feeling of guilt. Because this routine doing becomes so mechanical and this is coming from our Left Agnya where it is saved instead of coming from our Heart, The Source, the origin of pure knowledge, knows what is needed right now and gives us latest way of meditation, what we should enchant, recite and do always guide us. Therefore, our Heart must guide us not the brain

The Brain is just like a refrigerator, which always contains old preparations and our Heart is just like a kitchen, which always benefited us with fresh food.

“Hame nit naveen dhyan mei isthit rahna chahiye”

One thing is very important, we must always remember that “Maa Adi” blesses us all and SHE has given us Sahaj Yoga, we could not be able to find out Sahaj Yoga with our own efforts, so be assure that SHE will give us every knowledge from our Heart if we could keep our attention at HER residence (central Heart). When and until, we grow more we will not be able to understand HER lectures whereas we listen them several times. To understand whatever SHE has expressed we have to feel sensation in our Central Heart and in Sahastrara just like a “river coming from HER Lotus Feet (beyond Brahmanda) and is going into the ocean (Central Heart). This process will make us capable to give us depth and increase deep understanding related to our Spirit and Soul. We will feel oneness with ourselves, means oneness with Almighty. Every moment we will get inspiration from our Heart what to do and what not to do. Then we will not feel guilty because whatever we will do, that will be done by HER.

“Tujhme mei mujhme tu”
