All My Sahaj Sathis (Companion),
Who Belong To “Shree Maa”
“The Miracle of Attention”

Respected Nirmal Souls,

Jai Shree Mata Ji, Today we are going to realize the process of “Nirvicharita,” first of all we must understand “Vicharita”(Thoughtfulness)

VICHARITA KE HEIN LAKSHAN CHAAR, HANI, LAABH, MAAN APMAAN"
(Thoughtfulness has got four symptoms like thinking of Profit, Loss, Respect and Insult)

Except all these above things every thing is Nirvicharita. Every thought use to originate from all four states, though they are several by-products of these four mental dispositions.

a) In starting “Shree Maa” opens few holes of our ‘Bhramrandhra” with the help of 'Her' power and pulls our Kundalini to our Sahastrara, then Kundalini starts sucking power from “Maa Adi” and relays to our whole subtle system when our “chitta”(Attention) &“manah”(Mind) stays at Sahastrara even for fraction of second.

b) When three things, like Kundilini, Chitta, and Manaha combines at Sahastrara, create Yog Stithi (Yoga State). If one thing is missing the process of meditation will not take place. Manha represents Ida Nadi, Chitta represents Pingla Nadi, and Kundilini represents Sushumna Nadi.

c) With the union of Chitta and Kundilini at Sahastrara , Manah starts erasing all its old memories which are painful to Sadhak and receives pure energy and starts storing good memories like Pooja, Self realization programmes, meeting with Sahaj Yogis etc. All aesthetic things and events. So with this processes Manah becomes empty slowly and refilled with purity.” MAN HI DEWTA MAN HI ISHWAR, MAN SE BARA KOI”.(Manah is Deity Manah is God, Manah is the Eldest one for our Human Existence)

“SAHASTRAR KO HAWANKUND BANAKAR, MAA KUNDILINI KO JWALA BANAYA HEI,
ANEKO JANAMO KE SANCHIT VICHARON KO AAHUTI KA JAMA PEHNAYA HEI,
DEKAR HAME APNE 1008 NAMO KO, HAR VICHARON SE HAME MUKT KARAYA HEI.”

For combustion we need three things , like Fuel=Manah, Fire=Chitta, and Oxyzen
= Kundilini, with the thrush of this combustion our attention rises upward and
does not go down. So this is the technicality behind this.

d) With the help of attention we can take this energy to our Central Heart Chakra, so that this chakra can get some nourishment means The Awakening of Maa Jagdamba. .Maa Adi Shakti is the creator of Universe and Jagdamba is the generator of our SANSARA(Our World), and 'She' is the caretaker of all the deities of all chakras in our subtle system. Means the unification of two Goddesses.  'Maa Adi' supplies all the powers to 'Maa Jagdamba' and 'Maa Jagdamba' adds Her own awakened power and channelize to all the deities of all chakras.

i) When The Central Heart receives power from Sahastrara, it multiplies the energy, and sends to the Nabhi Chakra, then one should take his attention to the central Chakra of the Nabhi then take to the Left Nabhi and rotate his attention clockwise in Bhav Sagara for several times when and until he feels some sensation like pulling, palpitation with cool or hot feelings then rotate at least seven times to increase the feeling. This process will cleanse all the “Vikara”(Contamination) and one will be benefited by "Aatm Gyana" (Self Knowledge).

ii) After churning this divine flow into Nabhi then proceed to Central Swadhishthana and stay for 30 seconds and turn to the Left Swadhishthan and stay for few seconds then move to Right Swadhishthana, repeat it at least for 10-15 times. Try to feel some sensation at all the Chakras.

iii) Then go to Mooldhara Chakra and repeat the same processes and feel the same, and absorb the feelings.

iv) Then come again to Central Heart Chakra directly and stay for few second, now you will find increased energy then go to the left and right Heart and do the same, you have done earlier, you fill feel a pulling sensation in all the three Heart Chakras, it is a good sign, progress is taking place.

v) Then take your attention to Vishudhi Chakra and repeat the same process and feel some flow of energy in all the three chakras of Vishudhi.

vi) Now come to Hamsa Chakra (between eyebrows) and rotate for several times, here you will feel some pain or pressure and then pulling sensation, but do not mind it is good, it will give you discretion power.

vii) After this, ascend to your Sahastrara and feel the shower of love in increased quantity. Because after this process few more holes of Bhramrandhra open and you feel more energy. Then take your attention to your Back Agnya.and do the same work like rotating this flow at your back Agnya. This work is so efficient to drag out all your AKROSH (Suppressed Retaliation) which was collected in this birth as well as for last several births and giving us trouble. That is why we do not forgive others easily whereas we recite these words before Shree Mata Ji “Maa ham sabko chhama kartein hein, ham apne ko bhi chhama kartein”(We forgive to all and we forgive to ourself.) but we do not do internally. By giving stimulation to this Chakra in the above manner, you will feel more relaxed and actually you will become capable to forgive others.

viii) And then come back to Sahastrara take your attention to your Left Agnya Chakra and take rest for few seconds here then enter into your Ida Nadi and go down to Left Mooladhara Chakra. Do up and down for several times to clear up all contamination pasted on the wall of this tube.

ix) Then come back to Sahastrara again and go to your Right Agnya, stay for few seconds then enter  into Pingla Nadi and go down to Right Swadhishthana. Do the same work in this Nadi for several times. So this is the process of clearing Both the Nadies. You can take SUN LIGHT from Sahastrara for Ida Nadi and MOON LIGHT for Pingla Nadi to clearing both the Nadies.

x) Finally you should reach your Sahastrara Again and take your attention towards Akash (Sky) >Space and beyond Space, a complete 'Zero Area', residing place of "Sada Shiva" (The Ard Narishwara =Paar Bhrahmm Parmeshwar, stay here for at least one minute and take a stream of 'Amrit' (Nectar)  from 'His Lotus Feet' and get down to your Sahastrara and enjoy the shower as much time as you want.

To check yourself if you are in balance, you may take your attention in the middle of your palms of both the hands, you will feel some rotation in your palms and flow of good vibration in your hands. This determines the state of good balance in your subtle system. Without doing left or right you can achieve balance easily with this process of Attention.

And you can enjoy 'Nirvichar Sthiti' (Thoughtless State) as long as you want. After practicing for a long time you don’t need to energies all your chakras, but you may keep your attention only at Sahastrara and at Central Heart in routine life

"For Vertical Growth' you should meditate in the form of 'Shiv Lingama' and for 'Horizontal Growth' you should act like 'Sri Shiva' sitting into the space, bearing Sacred 'Ganges' in 'His' "Jatas"(hair) and release a small stream of energy for all other’s Sahastrara."

And with the help of your attention you can take this sacred stream to other’s Sahastrara and after feeling more energy in your Sahastrara, you can enter into the Central Heart of others and supply this flow to their Central Heart Chakra. So this is the complete process of Self Realization. You can do the same as you do with your self. My awareness want to put more emphasize on Central Heart Chakra to be energized by Sahastrara. This is the 'Key' feature of meditation.

Jagdamba Maa' knows how 'Her' Children (Chakras) can be fed properly."

So give every thing (flow of Energy from Sahastrara) to Maa Jagdamba and feel frequencies in different intensities at your all chakras.

"Central Heart Chakra is just like a Distributor of Six Cylinder (Chakras) petrol car, gives every cylinder proportionate currant for its mechanism."

Or
"A refinery, crude oil is coming from Sahastrara and getting refined and separated in different forms to be utilized for different machines (chakras). And the Gas (Vikara=Contamination)) is coming from the basin (Nabhi) and burning at the top of the pipe (Sahastrara)."

That’s why Jesus said in The Bible” I will come in the form of flames at Sahastrara” it was called "Burning Bushes" on the top of the head.

When we start relying in 'Shree Mata Ji', then we leave every thing in true sense, and use our                    attention instead of external activities of Sahaj Yoga for every work then you gain the stage of                   "Nirvikalpa" means no substitute except 'Shree Maa' at our Sahastrara.

“JIS VIDHI RAKHE MAA UC VIDHIRAHIYE”means accepts all oppositions and                      unfavourable situations without any move and feeling problems. These processes give you "Gahanta"(Depth).

.“ Aie dhukh, tujhe hajaron salaam mien karta hyun,
Har pal har ghadi, tera istakbal mein karta hyun,
Jidhar jata hoon mein, sirf tu hi tu nazar ata hei,
Tere nakab ke peechhe mujhe, Maa ka aks nazar ata hei.
“Yeh dukh koi or nahi, darpan hei unka,
Sukh ke lalach mei, niradar na karo uska”
“Mila hei jeevan dukh ka ham sabko,
Kya karoge ise dhokar,
Yadi dauroge har pal Sukh ke peechhe,
Bitaoge jeevan rokar”
“Dukh se Sukh hei, Sukh se dukh hei,
Ban gaye ye Ardnarishwar,
Dono Bhav jab mil jate, kehlate ye Ishwar,
Idhar se dekho, khade vo milte hein,
Udhar se dekho, khilkhilate vo hein,
Dono ko jo dekhta aiksaath,
Pata vahi Shree Charnan mein vaas.”

“Ruhaani Chahat” (26.03.04)

“Na din hota hei, na raat hoti hei, Sirf tere tassavur mein baat hoti hei,
Mere dil mei sirf aik baat hoti hei, Har pal tere saath rahne ki justju hoti hei,
Jism ke jarre jarre se behti rooh ye kehti hei, Aie pyar ke raahi jara thehar jara dekh,
Yahi vo manjil hei, yahi vo hakiqat hei, Yahi to ibadat hoti hei,
Aie dile nadan, jara hosh mei aa, Yahi vo roohani lau hei,
Jo hardam tere dil mei jala karti hei, Yahi lau jal jal ke khud,
Raushni ye tujhe deti hei, Bhala iski bhi misaal kahan hoti hei,
Har ghadi khushi de de kar tujhe, Dil hi dil Mei, sada ye roti hei,
Are nadan, Pehchaan jara iske dukh ko, Pehchaan iski fitrat ko,
Yahi vo shey hei, jo har aik dhadkan mei raha karti hei,
Na chahti hei ye son, Na chati hei ye chaandi,
Aabad rahe ye duniya, raushan rahe ye jigar
Har pal dil mei kewal, yahi khyal karti hei,
Kabhi jhukti hei to kabhi uthti hei, Har vakt iske dil mei ik tees si uthti hei,
Khush raho muskarate raho, Dil se dua yahi deti hei.”

“Toa yeh tha Dard Kundilini ka”

I hope you must have enjoyed these experiences and definitely you would think”

"Sahaj- Sahaj, sabhi kahein, Sahaj na jane har koi, jo Sahaj ko jaane, to takleef na usko hoi.
( All of us usually talk about Sahaj but few of us hardly know Sahaja in true sense, if we understnad          Sahaj Yoga properly  then there would be no pain)

Sahaj Yoga is the entrance of the KINGDOM of Shree Maa,
The second stage of this will become THE AATM YOG (oneness with one self) and the third                 stage will be PARMATM YOGA (poorn aikakarita with God).
For now I would like to say good bye and Jai Shree Mata Ji.

                                                                                      Regards,
                                                                                      Yours Sahaj Sathi
                                                                                       Narayan
